1 purpose:Liver cirrhosis is the late stage of the development of various liver diseases. The formation of pseudolobules and regenerative nodules of the liver will compress the blood vessels inside and outside the liver, leading to portal hypertension, which makes a large amount of pre-hepatic blood enter directly into the body circulation and form the opening of collateral circulation. And esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding is one of the most common fatal complications of cirrhosis, which can cause circulatory failure and death in a short period of time.Be able to make judgment and prejudgment in time To explore the risk factors of EGVB in patients with cirrhosis and varicose veins.2 materials and methods:A total of 140 patients with cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric varices were selected from the Department of Digestive Medicine, first affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, from September to December,2015.According to the bleeding of varicose veins,98 cases were divided into bleeding group and non-bleeding group.Among them,98 cases were bleeding group 42 cases were non-bleeding group. The age, sex, etiology, course of disease of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Portal vein diameterus(PVD)and the main diameter of splenic vein(spleen vein diameterus),varicose degree of varicose vein, red color RCc sign or not, whether or not gastric varicella varicesus varicesus gastric varicesus or Child-pugh grade, and whether or not hepatic encephalopathy were associated with hepatic encephalopathy were analyzed by single factor analysis. The non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was carried out for the patients with liver cirrhosis and the patients with liver cirrhosis were analyzed by using non-conditional Logistic regression analysis(P < 0.05).The related factors of EGVB.3 Results: 1)single factor analysis of variance found that there was a significant difference between the two groups, including PLT,PT,ALB,PV,SV,varicose veins, and red signs(P<0.05).2)the unconditioned Logistic regression analysis: compared with no bleeding hemorrhage group of PT,PV,SV degree of esophageal varices, red sign is positively related with EGVB,propagated and PLT with EGVB negative correlation, the regression coefficients were 0.223,0.983,0.951,0.99,1.36,0.102,0.014;OR values are 1.25,2.692,2.588,2.692,3.931,0.903 and 0.98.4 conclusions: thrombocytopenia, prothrombin time, door spleen vein diameter increase, severe esophageal varices, red sign is positive in patients with liver cirrhosis esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage of the independent risk factors, including the red is the main risk factors.
