Abstract/Summary:
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of endoscopic treatment for early bleeding of moderate and severe esophageal varices in cirrhosis. Methods 216 patients with moderate-to-severe esophageal varices cirrhosis treated with endoscopic esophageal varices were enrolled in the study. The relevant clinical data were collected and the influencing factors of early postoperative bleeding were analyzed by logistic regression model. Results Among the 216 patients,22 cases had early postoperative bleeding, and the early bleeding rate was 10.0%.Serum albumin level, prothrombin time and ligation of varicose points, portal vein thrombosis were associated with early bleeding after endoscopic treatment.Prothrombin time, varicocele and portal vein thrombosis were the independent risk factors of poor prognosis after endoscopic treatment. Conclusion Ligation of varicose vein points and portal vein thrombosis in patients with esophageal varicose cirrhosis were the independent risk factors of poor prognosis after endoscopic treatment.
