Purpose: To assess liver cirrhosis esophageal gastric varices rupture bleeding(EGVB) risk factors, for the risk of bleeding EGVB early evaluation and choosing the appropriate treatment, active prevention measures, reduce the incidence of EGVB.Methods: Choose 81 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal gastric varices, these patients are from January 2012 to December 2014 in hunan province of geriatric hospital patients, the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed, according to the patients with and without concurrent ruptured esophageal gastric varices bleeding, these patients can be divided into two groups, one ruptured liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal gastric varices bleeding of 50 cases as a team, the rest of the liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal gastric varices not rupture hemorrhage of 31 patients as control group, Two of the group must be excluded before had liver cancer, liver surgery, spleen resection surgery, diabetes, gastric esophagus vein hardener ligation, postoperative portal vein thrombosis, block, postoperative via Tips, postoperative cases respectively statistics analysis and comparison between the general information(including age, sex, course of diseases, etiology, etc.), blood routine and blood biochemistry(including platelet, coagulation function, serum electrolytes, liver function, etc.), spleen vein and portal vein trunk diameter, cirrhosis complications(including esophageal varices dividing, red), ascites, and the Child. Pugh, hierarchical), a total of 26 biochemical and clinical indicators, such as These indicators to the single factor analysis, through statistical software, this study applies SPSS 19.0 statistical software, will filter out the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), further apply these seven indicators statistical software for unconditional Logistic regression statistical analysis, which indicates that the main risk factors for liver cirrhosis complicated with EGVB.Results: according to the results of single factor analysis retrospectively in our hospital in 81 patients with liver cirrhosis esophageal varices group and control group of the WBC(white blood cell count), PLT( platelet count), propagated(serum albumin), PT, prothrombin time, hepatic portal vein diameter, red sign, degree of esophageal varices these seven indicators contrast between the two groups of cases, the differences are significant(P < 0.05), and then these seven differences significant indicators through statistical software for unconditional Logistic regression analysis, the results showed that PLT platelet count, PT, prothrombin time, hepatic vein width, severe esophageal varices are independent risk factors for liver cirrhosis esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage. Conclusion: Single factor analysis suggests the WBC, PLT, propagated, PT, hepatic portal vein diameter, red sign, degree of esophageal varicose veins that seven indicators to compare difference was statistically significant, multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression model analysis showed that PLT decrease(platelet count, PT(prothrombin time) and hepatic vein wide diameter or severe esophageal varices was statistically significant compared with other indicators, is in patients with cirrhosis complicated with esophageal gastric varices rupture hemorrhage related independent risk factors.
