Study On Current Status Of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice About Occupational Protection Among Digestive Endoscopy Room Nurse In Shandong Province

Objective:By investigating the status of digestive endoscopy room nurses about knowledge,attitude and practice on occupational protection in 17 cities of Shandong province,to explore the influencing factors about knowledge,attitude and practice on occupational protection in the digestive endoscopy room nurses,so as to put forward suggestions to improve digestive endoscopy room nurses ability of occupational protection,to provide the reference of occupational protection on digestive endoscopy room nurse safety management and training.Methods:Our research adopts the method of stratified and cluster sampling,used the questionnaire more efficient and accurate to investigate a total of 79 of the tertiary and secondary hospital from 17 cities in Shandong province in 2-1 ratio about their knowledge,attitude and practice status of occupational protection,with the digestive endoscopy room nurses as investigation object.We explained the purpose of investigation,content,privacy and confidentiality,the requirements and so on in the homepage of the formal questionnaire to the respondents,in a way of bearer,voluntary to fill out the questionnaire.The effective data was inputted by Epidata3.land then SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze,mainly using descriptive statistical analysis,t test,analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods.Results:1.Digestive endoscopy room nurses on knowledge attitude and practice status questionnaire of occupational protection total score of knowledge part was 17,the average score was(10.28±1.37);the full mark of attitude part was 100 points,the average score was(90.1428±10.21);the full mark of practice part was 100 points,the average score was(96.98±10.39);overall full mark was 232 points,the average score was(197.40±16.98).2.As the results of the single factor analysis shows the knowledge score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P<0.05)on hospital level and whether attended the related training.The attitude score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P<0.05)on position,hospital level,state of health,the satisfaction of work intensity and whether attended the related training.The practice score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P<0.05)on the initial educational background,the state of health and the satisfaction of work.3.As multiple factors analysis results shows that factors such as hospital level and whether attended the related training of occupational protection were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge;position,hospital level,the state of health,whether attended the related training and the intensity of work were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection attitude;initial educational background,the state of health and the satisfaction of work intensity were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection practice;position,hospital level,the state of health,whether attended the related training and the satisfaction of work intensity were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection total score.Conclusion:1.The knowledge and behavior part score of 17 cities digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection from Shandong province were at a middle level,the attitude part score were at a high level.It indicated that digestive endoscopy room nurses subjective can realize the importance of occupational protection,but they lack of the knowledge and protective behavior is not standard.As such the knowledge of digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protection needs to be further improved,occupational protection behavior compliance remains to be further strengthened.2.The main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge level were hospital level and whether attended the related training;the main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection attitude level were position,hospital level,the state of health,whether attended the related training and the intensity of work;the main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection behavior level were initial educational background,the state of health and the satisfaction of work intensity.
