The Cognition Of TCM Health Preservation Among Three Common Chronic Patients In Community Old Age In Changchun City

Purpose: This study aims to understand the understanding of the three common chronic patient groups in Changchun City for chronic health care of the elderly population;to obtain knowledge of TCM health care methods and methods;analyze the impact of three types of common chronic diseases in the community of elderly patients with TCM health care awareness factor.Method:In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate and study.From May 2017 to October 2017,A survey of 408 elderly chronic diseasers who meet the conditions from 6 communities in Changchun City.Questionnaires were distributed on the spot and were filled in separately by survey respondents,the questionnaire was collected on the spot.Establish the required database,use Excel 2016 software to input data,and use SPSS 22 statistical software for statistical analysis.Using mean ± standard deviation,independent sample t-test,analysis of variance,and LSD,the effects of different basic data on cognition of TCM health care among elderly patients with chronic diseases were analyzed.Result:Among the 408 community aged and three common chronic patient populations surveyed,the cognitive age of three common chronic patient populations in the community of traditional Chinese medicine health care has a cognitive dimension score of 37.81±7.907,and the cognitive dimension score in TCM health care attitudes was 25.68±6.261,and the cognitive dimension of TCM health care behavior scores was 24.13±6.508.1.The differences in basic data have different effects on the cognition of TCM health care among the three common chronic patient groups in the community of Changchun City.Statistically significant differences were found(P<0.05).2.Young and elderly chronic patient groups have higher awareness of TCM health care than older elderly patients;Cognition will increase with the increase of education level and monthly income;Cognition of spouses is higher than that of no spouses;regular check-ups;The cognitive score is higher than that of the non-regular physical examination.3.The elderly chronic patient group often pays attention to health care information through TV health programs,and accounts for only about 20% of the total number of people through WeChat platforms,books,and lectures.The results show that the elderly chronicpatient groups have relatively simple access to health care information.Conclusion:(1)The three common chronic patient groups in the community of Changchun have lower overall scores on CCM health care awareness.Although the knowledge cognition dimension has the highest score,it is still not ideal,and nearly half of the elderly patients with chronic diseases do not meet the standard.(2)Chromotensive health care cognition of three common chronic patient groups in Changchun community old age group scored in each dimension,and there were differences due to different factors such as gender,age,education level,marital status,monthly income level,and regular physical examination.(3)The three common groups of chronic patients in the community in Changchun have relatively simple ways to obtain TCM health care information.
