Objective1.To understand the prevalence and related influencing factors of chronic non-communicable diseases(here in after referred to as chronic diseases)older than 65 years old in Beilin District,Xi'an;2.Combining the current situation of chronic diseases management of elderly people in community health service centers in Beilin District of Xi'an City,and combining the investigation results to provide scientific basis for formulating policies for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.MethodBy referring to a large number of related literature on the current status of chronic diseases,influencing factors and other related documents,and combining the results of personnel statistics in Xi'an,we selected the elderly in Beilin District of Xi'an as the research object,used the formula to calculate the sample size,Use stratified sampling and cluster random sampling,from the nine community health service centers in Dongguan Nanjie,Changlefang and Baishulin in Beilin District of Xi'an City,128 elderly people participated in the physical examination were collected,questionnaires were conducted through face-to-face interviews and telephone interviews.The content of the questionnaire was divided into 8 parts:demographic characteristics,smoking status,drinking,diet,physical activity,weight control,health status,community chronic disease management services and physical measurement results,the study was conducted from the basic personal status of the community,daily living habits,prevalence and awareness of chronic disease management services.Use SPSS 19.0 to use chi-square test and correlation test to process the data and analyze the results.Result1.The rankings of chronic diseases among senior citizens in Beilin District,Xi'an were hypertension(57.4%),hyperlipidemia(25.9%),diabetes(23.1%),fatty liver(22.4%),Stones(22.0%),coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction(20.7%),benign prostatic hyperplasia or inflammation(20.2%),cataract(16.0%),cerebrovascular disease(15.3%),and disc disease(9.2%);2.According to the system,the top 9 were:circulatory system(35.28%),digestive system(21.21%),endocrine and metabolic diseases(19.9%),genitourinary system(8.44%),Eye and accessory disease(6.06%),skeletal muscle system and connective tissue system(3.96%),respiratory system(3.33%),blood system and immune system(1.26%),injury(trauma,burn)(0.35%);3.Gender(?~2=2.291,P=0.13),age(?~2=3.277,P=0.351),education level?~2=5.457,P=0.141,no difference in marital status,retirement occupation(?~2=7.505,P=0.483)Alcohol consumption(?~2=1.086,P=0.297)was not statistically different from chronic diseases in the elderly.Smoking(?~2=8.343,P<0.05)was a statistically significant difference between the elderly and chronic diseases;4.Smoking and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(RS=0,103,P<0.05),asthma(RS=0.90,P<0.05),chronic bronchitis(RS=0.2,P)<0.001),benign prostatic hyperplasia(RS=0.249,P)<0.001)was positively correlated with disc disease(RS=0.066,P<0.05);5.There was a positive correlation between hyperlipidemia and gender(RS=0.080,P<0.05),smoking(RS=0.073,P<0.05),consumption of pig beef,mutton and poultry(RS=1.08,P<0.05),milk and Milk food consumption(RS=0.156,P<0.05),Hyperlipidemia was negatively correlated with the consumption of fresh vegetables(rs=-0.121,P<0.05)and travel mode(rs=-0.123,P<0.05);6.There was a positive correlation between fatty liver and BMI(rs=0.245,P<0.05),triglycerides(rs=0.181,P<0.05)and total cholesterol(rs=0.122,P<0.05);7.Incidence and gender of gallstones(rs=-0.113,P<0.05),whether to eat breakfast(rs=0.067,P<0.05),travel mode(rs=-0.79,P<0.05),and height(rs=-0.67),P<0.05)has relevance;8.Coronary heart disease was positively correlated with age(rs=0.087,P<0.05),food consumption of meat(rs=0.84,P<0.05),a negative correlation between the consumption of milk and dairy products(rs=-0.098,P<0.05),eggs and soy products(rs=-0.123,P<0.05),dietary patterns(rs=-0.128,P<0.05),and blood pressure(rs=-0.145,P<0.05).9.Cerebrovascular disease was positively correlated with staple foods(rs=0.082,P<0.05)and BMI(rs=0.068,P<0.05),with fresh vegetables(rs=-0.071,P<0.05),and edible aquatic products(rs=-0.082,P<0.05)and walking(rs=-0.097,P<0.05)were negatively correlated.Conclusion1.The elderly people with high blood pressure,high blood lipids,and high prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Beilin District,Xi'an City;2.Smoking has a statistically significant effect on chronic diseases in elderly people,At the same time,it was positively correlated with angina,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma,chronic bronchitis,benign prostatic hyperplasia,and intervertebral disc disease;3.The elderly in Beilin District,Xi'an City,lack understanding of chronic disease management and still need further publicity.Dongguan Nanjie Community Health Service Center,Changlefang Community Health Service Center,Nanyuanmen Community Health Service Center,Baishulin Community Health Service Center and Taiyi Road Community Health Service Center have better understanding of chronic diseases and are encouraged learn;4.Eating more fresh vegetables and choosing walking can reduce the incidence of hyperlipidemia;5.Control of triglyceride and total cholesterol levels may prevent the occurrence of fatty liver and delay the development of fatty liver disease;6.Sex,whether to eat breakfast on time,way of travel and related to gallstones,the prevalence of gallstones in women was higher than that of men;7.The incidence of coronary heart disease was higher in patients with regular diet and normal blood pressure than in those with irregular diet and high blood pressure;8.Eating more fresh vegetables and aquatic products can help reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease.The negative correlation between walking and cerebrovascular disease may be related to the possibility of reducing body weight and further reducing BMI.
