With the acceleration of aging of the population,the dependence and demand of medical become more and more important.The improvement and innovation of nursing beds can not only better serve the patients and the elderly,but also make the work of nursing staff more convenient and easier.The multi-function nursing bed can complete the functions such as back rise,back down,leg upward,leg downward,thigh bend,thigh straight,shank bend,shank straight,head upward,head downward,body upward,body downward,sitting position positive and sitting posture negative.The control system includes ARM touch screen,mobile phone and actuator.ARM touch screen and mobile phone can send commands to actuator through wireless communication.The mobile phone can realize the remote control.The actuator analyzes the commands and completes acting execution after receiving the commands.In the part of hardware,the design of control circuit based on single chip microcomputer,the design of drive circuit,the selection of ARM and the selection and configuration of wireless communication module are completed,and the schematic diagrams of hardware circuit are given.In the part of software,the program development of singlechip,the transplantation of Android operating system needed by the upper computer,the construction and configuration of application software developing environment and the development of user interface are completed,The flow charts of software design are given.In this paper,the PWM technology with adjustable duty ratio is used to control the push rod movement.The commands are transmitted by wireless communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.The lower computer is set into the server by using the Socket,and the upper computer and mobile phone are set into the clients.Finally,this paper tests and analyzes the functions of the whole control system.The design of upper computer gives the running interface of mobile client and ARM,and contains the entertainment function.The design of lower computer gives the PWM waveform diagram of electric push rods and realizes the functions of the nursing bed.The use of wireless communication technology makes the whole control system more flexible.Mobile client allows nursing staff or family members to operate the system without being close to the nursing bed.The interface is easy to operate.The running effect is ideal and the design requirement is reached.
