Objective:To understand the constipation status of stroke sequelae patients in neurology department of a rehabilitation hospital, analyze the causes of constipation and related influencing factors, and put forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures. Methods:A rehabilitation hospital neurology department collect changchun from July2016 to February 2018,110 cases of hospital diagnosis for cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object, these patients were included in the standard?length of hospital stay more than 4 weeks, the anus without problems,no organic lesion of gastrointestinal tract, the patient or family before informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation, the stroke had no secret history?.Excluding critical and transient ischemia,100 stroke patients with sequelae were selected as the study subjects.According to the diagnostic criteria for constipation?Roman?standard?of100 cases had sequela of cerebral apoplexy patients evaluate, understand the occurrence in patients with constipation after stroke.General data, past medical history, medication history and disease characteristics of patients after stroke were collected by self-designed questionnaire. The collected data and data were entered into the database, and the data were statistically analyzed using spss13.0 software. Therefore,it is necessary to understand what factors lead to high incidence of constipation in stroke patients with sequelae, the rate and composition ratio?%?,what are the single factors influencing constipation in stroke patients with sequelae, and whether the chi-square test is statistically significant to compare the differences between groups. Finally,Logistic analysis was conducted with statistically significant single factor as the independent variable and constipation occurrence as the outcome variable to analyze which factors were independent influencing factors of constipation in stroke sequelae patients.Results:1.General information of the subjects suffering from stroke:a total of 100 cases of stroke sequelae were included in this study, among which 67 cases?67%?were male.33 women?33%?;4 cases?4%?under 44 years old;32 cases?32%?were aged45 to 59 years;64 cases over 60 years old?64%?;Primary school 45 cases?45%?;31cases?31%?in junior high school;24 cases above senior high school?24%?;44cases?44%?in rural areas;56 urban cases?56%?;99 cases?99%?were mostly married.Unmarried 1 case?1%?;Nasal feeding in 10 cases?10%?;Oral feeding in90 cases?90%?;Previous medical history:there were 31 cases?31%?with family history of cerebral apoplexy. The history of hypertension was 71 cases?71%?.There were 53 cases of hyperlipidemia?53%?.There were 35 cases?35%?with diabetes mellitus.Stroke type:there were 39 cases?39%?of cerebral hemorrhage,including26 cases?66.67%?of males and 13 cases?33.33%?of females. There were 61 cases?61%?of cerebral infarction, including 41 cases?67.21%?of male and 20 cases?32.79%?of female.2.Single factors influencing constipation in patients with stroke sequelae:the relati onship between general conditions of patients and constipation was analyzed:P value<0.05 was compared between age and education groups, and the difference was statistically significant.Patients aged over 60 and with low education level were more likely to suffer from constipation; The P value of stroke type and stroke site group was<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The results of this study showed that patients with cerebral infarction and those with basal ganglia were more likely to suffer from constipation. In the history of drug use,the survey results only showed that diuretics were the single factor affecting constipation in stroke patients with sequelae,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Logistic analysis of constipation:univariate significant variables?age, education level, stroke type, stroke site, and diuretic use?were included in the multivariate analysis. The analysis results showed that age and stroke site were independent factors influencing constipation in patients with sequelae of stroke.4.Diet?oral,nasal feeding?,BMI?underweight, normal, overweight, overweight?,but after stroke, hemiplegia, swallowing dysfunction, poor speech, physical activity is ineffective, sleep),the treatment of cerebral apoplexy medications(antidepressants,anticonvulsants,Ca2+antagonist,brain protective agent),between groups by chi-square test,P values>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Most of the patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy are males, and the age group is older than 60 years old,and the education level is not high. Most of them are married and live in cities.2.The incidence of constipation in stroke patients with sequelae is higher, accounting for 75%.3.Age,education level, stroke type, stroke site, and the use of diuretics are risk factors for constipation in patients with stroke sequelae.4.Age and stroke location were independent factors influencing constipation in patients with sequelae of stroke.
