Part ? : Risk factors survey and preventive measures analysis of grenade throwing fractures in recruits during the military training ObjectiveTo analyze risk factors of grenade throwing fractures and to put forward corresponding preventive measures in recruits during the military training,so as to reduce the happen in the military training.MethodsThe research is case-control study.To follow-up and investigate the trial group(39 patients)and the control group(39 patients).The investigation indicator included height,body mass index(BMI),whether drinking carbonated beverage frequently,literacy,osteoporosis,throwing training score,throwing posture,warm-up sufficiently,region,whether attend often physical exercise before recruitment,exercise strength,weather factor.ResultsThere were significant differences in the warm-up sufficiently,whether attend often physical exercise before recruitment,exercise intensity,throwing posture,weather factor in recruits between trial group and the control group.The logistic regression analysis showed that the lack of physical exercise before recruitment,exercise intensity strongly,non-standard throwing posture were the risk factors in grenade throwing fractures in recruits.ConclusionWarm-up sufficiently,avoiding tired exercise and inadequate exercise,strictly train in accordance with the standard throwing posture,attend often physical exercise before recruitment and training in warm season are effective methods for preventing grenade throwing fractures in recruits.Part ? : Application and analysis of surface electromyography technology in the grenade throwing ObjectiveUsing surface electromyography technology to test the relevant electromyography RMS during the grenade throwing and to analysize the effect of muscle from the posture of grenade throwing.MethodsSelecting respectively 21 recruits with standard posture and nonstandard posture,utilizing surface electromyography EMG to record the RMS about the erector spinae,pectoralis major,deltoid,triceps,biceps,trapezius,latissimus dorsi,flexor muscle of ulnar and radial.Soldiers are required to throw a hand grenade beyond continuous and equal intensity.Grenade throwing of everyone is three times,and count average value of three times.According to the final results,to compare and analysize respective muscle variation on the both groups.ResultsThe distance from the standard posture and nonstandard posture group is respectively 38.5±4.04 and 28.3±6.15,which have statistically difference(p?0.05).The average time of a grenade throwing is respectively 1.35±0.44 and 1.67±0.39,which have not statistically difference(p>0.05).Variation of the deltoid,triceps brachii,erector spinae,anterior tibial,and flexor carpi of radial and ulnar from the standard posture group are more evident than the nonstandard posture group,which have a significant differences(P < 0.05).Variation of the biceps from nonstandard posture group is more obvious than standard posture group,which have a significant differences(P < 0.001).However,Variation of the pectoralis major,trapezius,latissimus dorsi between both groups have not a significant differences(p>0.05).ConclusionThe posture of grenade throwing can influence the muscle that participate in this test and strength that is generated from these muscles.During the daily training,the exercise of standard posture of grenade throwing must be strengthened for the recruits,which is not only able to improve the achievement of grenade throwing,but can reduce the injury producing from nonstandard posture of grenade throwing.
