Study On The Medication Law Of The Chinese Medicine Case In The Qing Dynasty Based On Chinese Medical Code

Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of the Qing Dynasty medical doctor stroke case in the medical case of the Chinese Medical Code,and to analyze the frequency of the drug in the stroke case by using the SPSS software,which shows that the drug has a natural taste and reveals the disease.The drug prescriptions were used to formulate statistics on common drugs and diagnosis and treatment characteristics of stroke.Methods:The database of apoplexy medical records in the Qing Dynasty was established using Microsoft Excel.Frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and other analysis methods were used.Through the analysis of the stroke medical records of the Chinese medical records of the Chinese Medical Dictionary,the frequency analysis method was used to explore high The frequency of drugs and drug-like tastes were normalized.A cluster analysis method was used to search for drug pairs and clusters of closely related drugs,and the rule and characteristics of medication for stroke patients in the Qing Dynasty were summarized.Results:1.Through the analysis of the frequency of drugs used in the treatment of apoplexy in the Qing Dynasty medical doctors,a total of 232 prescriptions,263 Chinese herbs,and total medication frequency 1964 were included.Drugs with a frequency of more than 4 had a total of 88 tastes,the total frequency of medication was 1964,and the frequency of medication was 84.8%.The most frequently used ten-flavor herbs are Chinese angelica,tangerine peel,licorice root,pinellia ternate,Chinese wolfberry,white peony,ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus,Polygala and Uncaria.The traditional Chinese medicine used mainly in the liver,followed by the lung,kidney and heart.From the point of view of drug efficacy,the efficacy of the drugs involved involved 13 types.Among them,the most frequent ones were tonics,drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind,Cough and asthma medicine,exterior-releasing herbs and spleen medicine,among which the most commonly used TCM drugs were Tonic medicine,and tonic medicine and blood,Yin and qi drugs.The four drugs were mainly warm drugs(40%),followed by cold(31%),flat(21%)and least thermal(2%).The five flavors of the drug are mainly Gan,Bitter and Xin,and the lightest drugs are the least.2.By clustering the apoplexy drugs,we got the first group of eight clusters: turtle shell,tiger bone,mountain bark,mulberry leaf,donkey-hide gelatin,Tianzhuhuang,haliotis,bamboo shavings,Fritillaria cirrhosa,fritillaria cirrhosa,chrysanthemum.The second category:ligusticum wallichii,almond,windbreak,cassia twig,aconite.The third category: bamboo lek,ginger,silkworm,bamboograss,Biannanxing,Qinling.The fourth category: Poria,Polygonum multiflorum,Hawthorn,Schisandra,Cistanche,Achyranthes,Rehmannia.The fifth category: Ishigaki,Shichangpu,Tianma and Polygala.The sixth category: uncaria,locust,oyster,American ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa.The seventh category:Pinellia,Poria,Citrus.The eighth category:Atractylodes,astragalus,ginseng,licorice,white peony,angelica.17 pairs of high-frequency drug pairs were obtained,namely Guizhi and Aconite,Zhuli and Ginger,Bombyx mori and Bile Nanxing,Fructus Aurantii and Gentiana,Poria and Polygonum multiflorum,Hawthorn and Schisandra,Scorpio and Fritillaria,Chrysanthemum and Oyster,and ligusticum wallichii.And windproof,tiger bone and turtle shell,Cistanche and Achyranthes,Dendrobium and Shichangpu,uncaria and hedgehog,oyster and habitat,Pinellia and tangerine peel,Atractylodes and ginseng,white peony and angelica.It can be concluded that the Qing Dynasty physicians treated apoplexy with Pinggan Xifeng,qi and blood circulation,and Kaiqiao as the main treatment principles.Conclusion:1.The treatment of apoplexy by doctors in the Qing Dynasty was good at using tonic drugs for the treatment,and mainly for blood and yin;the main drugs were warm drugs and combined with Hanping;To the lungs,kidneys,heart.2.The treatment of stroke has focused on the treatment of liver and kidney,with the principle of treating liver and extinguishing the wind,supplementing qi and activating blood,and opening the fistula for treatment.
