A Research On The Syndrome Treatment Of Dampness-induced Disease Based On The “chinese Medical Code” And The Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:The purpose is to understand the principle and treatment of dampness-induced disease,to try to sort out the system of the past dynasties,and to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical prevention and treatment of dampness-induced disease.Methods:The research group used the combined method of literature research based on the “Chinese Medical Code” and statistical analysis to sort,stat and analysis the ancient doctors' research on dampness and dampness pathogen,dampness syndrome and treatment,and wrote a literature review.Results: According to the literature,the research on dampness-induced disease by doctors in the past dynasties is from the perspective of the relationship between human and nature,which can be roughly divided into dampness of temperature,earth and human.Dampness of the temperature is related to the changes of five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors.Dampness of the earth is related to the geographical location and environment,and dampness of the human is related to diet,carelessness,work,sexual intercourse and deficiency and excess of viscera,etc.Its classification can be summarized as internal and external,triple energizer and Yin and Yang.In the pre Qin,Han,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties,it was mainly diagnosed and treated as external dampness,among which rheumatism and cold dampness were the most.Song Dynasty began to pay more attention to internal dampness.In the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,it was almost diagnosed and treated by internal dampness,dampness-heat was the most,and it started to diagnosed and treated by triple energizer and Yin and Yang.Qingming advocated the combination of internal and external dampness,and the treatment of triple energizer and Yin-yang.External dampness is often caused by dampness and wind-cold-heat-dryness,which belong to the the six external factors which cause diseases or the dampness-cold clothes or the damp place,and are caused by muscular surface striae,the grain of skin and the texture of the subcutaneous flesh.The pathogenesis of the syndrome of dampness of triple energizer is mostly disadvantageous due to the Qi of triple energizer,and the syndrome of dampness of Yin and Yang changes with the Yin and Yang of spleen and stomach.The lesions are various,involving striae of skin and muscle,joints of bones and viscera.External dampness is mainly in body surface and internal dampness is mainly in spleen and stomach.The treatment method in Huangdi Neijing is mainly based on bitter warm,bitter cold,dryness and dampness,and is supplemented by spicy sweet,thin permeating,sour spicy,and salty sweet,which basically lays the theoretical foundation for the method in past dynasties.Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases was mainly used for warming Yang,sweating and removing dampness,accompanied by clearing away heat and dampness,which basically became a method of treatment for a long period and was used until the Song Dynasty.In Jin and Yuan dynasties,it is mainly treated by heat-clearing and dampness-drying,removing pathogenic factors and dampness,and promoting Yang to defeat dampness.Before the Jin Yuan Dynasty,warm method was the main method.After the Jin Yuan Dynasty,cold and cool method was the main method.Ming and Qing dynasties paid attention to nourishing Yin and blood.All the successive dynasties have been treated by strengthening the body resistance.Conclusion(s):Dampness and heat syndrome and cold dampness syndrome accounted for the main syndrome types of dampness diseases in the past dynasties,and the general treatment of dampness disease was mainly composed of warming Yang,benefiting qi and blood,with gasification stagnation,light infiltration to improve dampness,drive wind to win dampness,and clearing heat and dampness as auxiliary.The modern wet syndrome treatment led by lu zhi zheng basically followed the methods of clearing heat and dehumidifying heat,strengthening spleen clearing damp and aromatization dehumidifying after the jin and yuan dynasties,and paid attention to the idea of regulating flow and "keeping dryness" of sanjiao qi.The general treatment of co VID-19 syndrome of dampness and temperature is mainly based on dispelling wind and relieving surface,invigorating spleen with dampness,propagating and relieving heat,penetrating to the membrane,dredging the three coke,opening and awakening the mind,generating fluid and invigorating the body,clearing away waste heat,and benefiting qi and nourishing Yin.The general treatment of cold and humidity syndrome is mainly based on dispelling cold and dehumidifying,propagating lung and appetizing,decompressing muscle and clearing away heat,pathogen penetrating to the membrane,enriching Qi and nourishing Yin,restoring Yang and curing the reverse,and opening and closing solid and removing the body.
