Objective:This study has conducted retrospective analysis on the medical records materials of ACS patients treated only with medication of a classified 3A hospital in Qiqihaer city,it is aimed at understanding the cases of vascular lesion numbers with different demographic characteristics, disease history and laboratorial inspection indexes as well as the distribution conditions of severe stenosis;and discussing the factors that impact severe stenosis in an expectation of providing reference bases for the treatment of ACS in the clinical practice.Method:Select 366 ACS patients who only took medication treatment from Nov.,2016 to Jan.,2018 of a classified 3A hospital in Qiqihaer city as the research objects, adopt cases retrospective analysis, carry through the cases information analysis(general demographic information, medical history, laboratorial and clinical assistant examination indexes, medication treatment conditions etc.)of the research objects, use Epidata 3.1 for data entry, utilize IBM SPSS 24.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.There are altogether 366 ACS patients have been investigated, with 199 male cases(54.4%),and 167 female cases(45.6%);15 cases with age less than 45(4.1%),142 cases with age between 45 and 59(38.8%),and 183 cases with age between 60 and 74(50.0%),and 26 cases with age senior than 75(7.1%).2.Among the 366 ACS patients.342 patients have unstable angina(UA)(93.4%),14 cases of NSTEMI(non-ST elevation myocardial infarction)(3.8%),and 10 cases of STEMI(ST-elevation myocardial infarction)(2.7%).3.In terms of vascular lesion numbers, there are 102 cases of single vessel lesion(27.9%),105 cases of double-vessel lesion(28.7%),159 cases of multi-vessel lesion(43.4%);in aspects of vascular stenosis,248 cases of <50% stenosis(67.8%),40 cases of 50% to 70 % stenosis(10.9%),66 cases of 75% to 99% stenosis(18.0%)and 12 cases of 100% stenosis(3.3%).4.The ratio of multi-vessel lesion of male,? 60 years old, with history of coronary heart disease(CHD),hypertension and smoking patients are 50.3%?49.3%?61.5%?50.3% and 54.5% respectively, all of these are higher than the other groups(35.3%?35.7%?40.4%?35.5% and 38.0%);the incidence of severe vascular stenosis in male, with history of CHD and diabetes patients are 25.6%?38.5% and 30.6% respectively, all of these are higher than the other groups(16.2%?18.5% and 19.0%).All the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The ratio of multi-vessel lesion of low hemoglobin, high urea, high glucose and high HCY(homocysteine)patients are 71.4%,45.9%,51.8% and 47.9% respectively, all of these are higher than the normal indexes(41.7%,43.2%,39.7% and 41.9% respectively),all the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).6.The incidence of severe vascular stenosis in NSTEMI and STEMI patients are 64.3% and 50.0% respectively, all of these are higher than UA groups(18.7%),the differences have statistical significance(P<0.001).7.A history of CHD(OR:2.973,95%CI:1.519-5.818),a history of diabetes(OR:1.928,95%CI:1.021-3.643),low hemoglobin(OR:3.274,95%CI:1.216-8.814),high AST(aspartate aminotransferase)(OR:3.221,95%CI:1.324-7.835),high CKI(creatine kinase isoenzymes)and low HDL-C(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol)(OR:1.805,95%CI:1.048-3.109)are the independent risk factors of severe vascular stenosis among ACS patients.Conclusion:1.There are more male ACS patients and age of younger than 60 patients in this study, the prompt of which is that there is a trend of more young ACS patients.2.Double-vessel and multi-vessel lesion patients with age senior and equal to 60 is more than that of younger than 60;as for multi-vessel vascular lesion and severe vascular stenosis patients, there are more male cases than female cases.3.The vascular lesion numbers of ACS patients are related with smoking,CHD history, hypertension history, low hemoglobin, high urea, high glucose and high CHY.4.The ratio of severe vascular stenosis among STEMI and NSTEMI patients is higher.5.CHD history, diabetes history, low hemoglobin, high AST,high CKI and low HDL-C are the independent risk factor of severe vascular stenosis among ACS patients.
