Objective:To investigate the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)taking antiplatelet drugs on time according to doctor's instructions and its influencing factors,so as to provide meaningful reference for clinical and community health care. Methods:A total of 345 patients with coronary artery disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from June 2016 to June 2017 in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of a hospital in Qiqihar city were selected as the subjects of this study.General information, clinical data, drug compliance and adverse cardiovascular events were analyzed. After obtaining informed consent, the questionnaire of drug compliance was redesigned according to the literature.According to the content of the questionnaire, the patients who met the inclusion criteria were interviewed face-to-face when they returned to hospital 12 months after operation. The main contents included the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events and the investigation of drug compliance. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics using SPSS24.0 software package.Results:1.General situation of research subjects There were 219 males and 126 females in 345 patients after PCI.The ratio of males to females was 1.73:1.The average age of the patients was(65.57 +9.24)years old,and the proportion of pre-senile(60-74)years old was 53.1%.The marital status was all married, and most of the spouses(93.1%)were still alive.;education level is generally not high, the economic situation is on the middle side, only three people pay for their own medical treatment, the rest have the corresponding medical insurance support.2.Compliance of patients after PCI 64.3% of the patients had good compliance with the doctor's advice within 12 months after operation, while 35.7% had poor compliance.3.Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Medication Compliance Univariate analysis showed that age, sex, family income, education level, marriage, smoking, medical payment methods had significant differences in drug compliance(P < 0.05),The location of household registration and the number of drugs used had no effect on the compliance(P > 0.05).However,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that income, health insurance, marriage and smoking had significant effects on drug compliance(P < 0.05).In addition, only 47 out of 345 patients(13.6%)had cardiovascular adverse events after PCI,of which 43 were angina pectoris,1 was restenosis and the other 3 were heart failure.Compliance with medication significantly affected the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events after PCI.The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events after PCI in patients with better compliance was lower than that in patients with poor compliance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall drug compliance of patients after PCI was good,222 of 345 patients had good drug compliance, accounting for 64.3%.2.There are many factors affecting compliance after PCI,among which family income, smoking, medical insurance and marriage are the main factors.3.During the 12-month follow-up after PCI,only 47 cases(13.6%)of 345 patients had cardiovascular adverse events, mainly angina pectoris.4.Poor compliance with medication is the main cause of cardiovascular disease recurrence in patients after PCI.
