Objective: To study the lipid compliance rate, oral status of lipid-lowering drugs and the occurrence of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events in AMI patients with emergency PCI within 3 years after surgery, and to analyze the influencing factors of the above contents,so as to provide a basis for improving patients' compliance with oral lipid-lowering drugs, increasing lipid compliance rate and improving prognosis.Data and methods: 149 AMI patients who underwent emergency PCI from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected, and each patient was followed up regularly for 3 years.General information, related risk factors, drug treatment during hospitalization and follow-up,as well as influencing factors,follow-up and outcome were recorded item by item. The compliance of patients with secondary preventive drugs at different time periods and the occurrence of MACCE were counted, and the influence of related factors on the compliance of patients was analyzed by binary Logistic regression.Kaplan-meier method was used to draw the survival curve, and the factors affecting the incidence of MACCE were analyzed by log-rank test in a univariate manner. Results: On the second day after admission,1 year after surgery,2 years after surgery, and 3 years after surgery, the oral rate of statins was 100%,81.9%,67.8%,57.7%,and the LDL-C compliance rates were 6.7%,38.2%,32.9% and 30.9%,respectively.Analysis of influencing factors on the 3-year lipid compliance rate of AMI patients after PCI: young age, male, high educational level, low LDL-C level the day after the surgery, high medication compliance, patients with easy lipid compliance.Among them, the patients with high drug compliance were characterized by young, female and high educational level.Single factor analysis affecting the risk of MACCE in AMI patients after PCI: high compliance with oral lipid-lowering drugs and blood lipid standards can reduce the incidence of MACCE and prolong the survival time. However, advanced age can increase the incidence of MACCE and shorten the survival time of patients. Conclusion: The rate of patients who take statin lipid-lowering drugs and the compliance rate of blood lipids in AMI patients 3 years after PCI decreased year by year, with the largest decrease in the first year. For AMI patients after PCI,high compliance with oral lipid-lowering drugs and blood lipid standards can reduce the incidence of MACCE.
