Objective: To construct the collaborative nursing intervention method for patients with total laryngectomy,to explore the influence of collaborative nursing mode on negative emotions and self-nursing ability of patients with total laryngectomy, and to provide basis for clinical nursing work. Methods: From January to december, patients who met the inclusion criteria of total laryngectomy in the department of otolaryngology of a grade iii class a hospital in changchun city were selected, and patients were divided into the control group(cases)and the intervention group(cases)by convenient sampling method. The control group was given routine nursing and follow-up,and the intervention group applied cooperative nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The anxiety, depression and self-care ability of the two groups before intervention, month after discharge and months after discharge were compared.SPSS.software was used for data analysis, and the measurement data were represented by mean plus or minus standard deviation.T test and chi-square test were used for comparison between groups, and repeated measurement anova was used to evaluate the intervention effect at different time points.P<0.05 was set as statistically significant difference.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the total anxiety score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the total anxiety score of the intervention group 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no statistically significant difference in the total score of depression between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the total score of depression in the intervention group 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference in the total score of self-care ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the total score of self-care ability between the two groups 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in self-concept scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the self-concept scores of patients in the intervention group 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(5)Two groups of patients before protection responsibility score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),intervention group patients were discharged from hospital 1 months since the responsibility score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the hospital for 3 months, the intervention group since the responsibility score higher than the control group, but the two groups of patients care responsibility score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(6)There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-care skills between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the scores of self-care skills in the intervention group 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Two groups of patients before health knowledge level score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),intervention group patients were discharged from hospital one month when the health knowledge level scored higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the hospital for 3 months, the intervention group health knowledge level scored higher than the control group, two groups of patients health knowledge level score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The application of collaborative nursing mode can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with total laryngectomy.2.The application of collaborative nursing mode can improve the self-nursing ability of patients with total laryngectomy. |
