Jianshi County are restricted by the original environment and the terrain conditions,the level of socio-economic development is low,the transportation condition is inconvenient,in particular,local rural residents have a single source of income,Rural residents have been unable to pay high medical expenses on the premise of guaranteeing their basic needs,the demand for medical services of rural residents in Jianshi county is simply not satisfied because of the restriction of economic conditions.This article studies the accessibility of medical services,linking medical services,recipients and health outcomes,in order to achieve objective analysis of the accessibility of medical services from multiple perspectives.The ability of the medical service institutions at the grass-roots level in Jianshi County is far from that of the medical needs of the rural residents,the accessibility of medical services for rural residents is low,but the accessibility of medical service is one of the important factors to reflect the change of rural residents' medical demand.The purpose of this paper is to explore the utilization of medical services by rural residents in Jianshi County,rational and balanced distribution of medical resources,improving the establishment of the three level medical and health service system in rural areas,training medical professionals with professional and service level,to meet the demand for medical services of rural residents to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions.First,access to books,periodicals and network database resources for accessibility at home and abroad through the school library,a certain understanding of the research status and theoretical basis of accessibility at home and abroad,it can also draw on the existing index system of accessibility evaluation,Therefore,it provides theoretical support for the in-depth study of the accessibility of medical services for rural residents in Ethnic Areas.Secondly,the data of this survey were used to analyze the medical service status of rural residents in Jianshi county,this paper studies the potential accessibility of rural residents' medical services,the realization of accessibility,equality and unequal accessibility in four aspects,on the basis of descriptive statistics,the principal component analysis and factor analysis are used to analyze the data.The study found that: potential accessibility,the factors such as the service ability and level of primary medical institutions,the distance between patients arriving at the medical institutions,and the price of primary medical services have a significant impact on the potential accessibility of medical services,the most important factor in its contribution is the service ability and level of the medical institutions at the grass-roots level;The accessibility of the realization,the availability of outpatient service,utilization of inpatient service,prevention and utilization of health care services have a significant impact on the accessibility of medical service,the greatest contribution to it is the use of out-patient services;The accessibility of equality and inequality,economic accessibility,medical security and other factors have a significant impact on the accessibility of equality and inequality,the most important factor in its contribution is economic accessibility.Finally,according to the results of statistical analysis,to strengthen the target input of medical and health undertakings at the grass-roots level,to control the unreasonable growth of medical expense and training of general doctors in rural areas,the popularity of preventive health care and health education in four aspects and put forward some policy suggestions.
