The medical investment shows obvious positive externality effect.Meanwhile,in the index of marginal return rate,the urban residents are low,while the rural residents are high,showing a large gap.However,there are many medical and health problems in China's rural areas,and this phenomenon is very prominent,the specific performance is:farmers bear high medical costs,poor health level,not fully use of health services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the relevant factors influencing patients' choice of medical institutions,scientifically allocate medical and health resources,optimize residents'medical institutions,meet rural residents' various needs for health services,and improve farmers' health level.To sixth national health services survey of this study as the resources database,anshan city,liaoning province,in taian county rural residents in the first option institutions choose this understanding and analysis,understand the residents needs and usage,and then the influence factors of affecting the patients to choose medical institutions shall be fully explore deeply analysis,scientific guidance of the local population,improve the health service policy,comprehensively promote the effective implementation of the grading system of diagnosis and treatment,to provide effective theory basis.In this paper,243 patients aged 15 in taian county,anshan city,liaoning province,who visited the hospital in the past two weeks,were selected as the sample data to carry out follow-up analysis.Based on the basic concepts and theories in the related literature material,will influence medical treatment institution choice behavior variables are divided into personal economic level,physical condition,medical environment,etc.,using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software to analyze data,and USES the descriptive statistics,the methods of single factor and multiple factors regression analysis processing,then clear all factors affecting the villagers first option institution choice behavior.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)most of the first-diagnosis institutions in the sample population within two weeks were in secondary and tertiary hospitals,and there were obvious disadvantages of idling township and community hospitals(primary).(2)patients who are older,healthy,have no cancer family members,and are insured under the new rural cooperative medical care system(NCMS)generally choose to go to the clinic/village health office for treatment.Patients with high educational background,high economic income,high medical pressure,long morbidity cycle,distance from medical institutions,and high medical expenditure are more likely to recognize tertiary hospitals for diagnosis and treatment.(3)such as individual economic level,social status,health,medical expectations are latent variables,such as can also be applied to institutional choice behavior to the patient,the most significant factors is expected to go to a doctor,time is the physical condition,and its negative correlation,and the factors affecting the most weak is an individual's social status and economic income.,of course,the patient's physical condition or the social and economic status choose medical institution of an intermediate variable,the personal social economy position also can produce important influence on their physical condition,and both a positive correlation,it with the course of the disease,illness of patients is a negative correlation,also important impact on the patient's medical treatment institution choice behavior.
