It included the medical facilities, medical human resources, participation ratio, the level of reimbursement and funding, and financial input.In the second place, the main problems and their causes in the supply of the basic medical service system for rural residents in Gutian County were analyzed. Research found that the existence problem of lower level of primary care services, insufficient allocation of medical resources, unstable medical team, lack of cognition to medical policy and untimely participation. The causes of these problems included insufficient policy propaganda, inadequate investment of medical facilities resources, poorer rural conditions and payment for primary medical staff, lower level of the basic medical service and unreasonable payment mechanism.In the last place, based on the new challenge of the basic medical service supply system for rural residents, the main ideas of the basic medical service supply system had put forward. It offered feasible recommendations according to the local situation from the aspects of government guidance, financing mechanism, medical resource utilization, team building and propaganda means. In order to promote the further development of the basic rural medical services to provide decision-making references.
