The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis By Fuzheng Tongbi Fang Clinical Study Of Remission Period

Object:To study the effect of Fuzheng Tongbi Recipe on patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in remission stage,to further understand its mechanism of action,to reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine,and to delay the recurrence,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of RA by integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:A randomized controlled clinical trial was selected to conduct this study,and 150 patients with a clear diagnosis of RA were randomly assigned to the treatment group,with 75 patients in each group.The two groups were given methotrexate,folic acid,hydroxychloroquine sulfate,and orally.The treatment group was treated with a boiled powder on the basic drugs for three months.The observation time is before treatment,treatment January,February,march.The blood sedimentation,c-reactive protein,joint tenderness,swelling number,morning stiffness and DAS28 score were observed.At the end of the treatment period,the patient's TCM syndrome integration was calculated,and the efficacy of TCM was compared between the two groups,and the recurrence cases and adverse drug reactions of the patients were observed,and the statistical software was used for analysis.Results:At the end of the treatment cycle:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the level of c-reactive protein and blood sedimentation(P>0.05);(2)The difference was statistically significant in the time of morning stiffness and DAS28 score,and the improvement of symptoms was obvious in the Chinese medicine group;(3)In terms of the integral of syndromes,joint pain,inconvenient flexion and other difference is not obvious,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),the joint swelling and god fatigue,body weight,lumbar debility,etc.,statistically significant difference;(4)The treatment group have obvious advantages;(5)The treatment group has obvious advantages in the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine;(6)The treatment group has obvious advantages in the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine,In the number of adverse reactions and recurrent cases,the treatment group had obvious advantages,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of RA has enhanced the clinical effect,reduced the adverse drug reactions,and delayed the relapse in the long term more suitable for RA remission treatment.2,It further demonstrated that Bugan Yishen and Huatan Tongluo have important effects on the treatment of RA remission and the stability of the disease.3.The Fuzheng Tongbi Fang provided new ideas for the treatment and maintenance of RA in the remission stage of the RA in combination with Chinese and Western medicine.
