| ObjectiveTo observe Shugan Jianpi Tang with type 1 autoimmune hepatitis liver spleen deficiency in patients with liver function index,immunological indexes,the improvement of TCM syndrome integral,evaluation of liver spleen decoction with type 1 Autoimmune Hepatitis liver spleen deficiency of curative effect.MethodsChoice between October 2013 and January 2018 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital infection branch clinic diagnosis and treatment,TCM syndrome type belong to change the type of 68 patients with AIH type 1(diagnosis of AIH,not of immunosuppressive therapy indications),were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group of the 34 cases,experimental group applied traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth,a dose of daily,each100 ml,3 times a day and a half hours after the meal.The control group took the compound glycyrrhizin tablet(meineng)and ursolic deoxycholic acid capsule(yousfo)orally,meineng 50 mg each time,3 times a day.Euthofer 10mg/kg is taken orally at different times per day.The control group and the experimental group were treated for 12 weeks.Changes in liver function indicators(ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL),immunological indicators(IgG)and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the curative effect after treatment was determined.Results1.Liver function indicators(ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL): after treatment,ALT,AST,ALP,GGT and TBIL in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and P < 0.05 was compared in the group,with statistically significant difference.Comparison between the two groups after treatment was conducted,P >0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.2.Immunological indicators(IgG): after treatment,the two groups were lower than before treatment,and after treatment,the comparison P < 0.05 was statistically significant.However,the decrease was more significant in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference of P < 0.05 between the groups was statistically significant.3.TCM syndrome score: the syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the comparison P < 0.05 was statistically significant.However,the decrease was more significant in the experimental group than in the control group.After treatment,P < 0.05 was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant.4,clinical efficacy: experimental group 19 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,6 cases ineffective cases,control group 9 cases had marked effect,effectively in 16 cases,8 no effect,the treatment group total effective rate washigher than the control group(81.26% vs 75.76%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.And syndromes curative effect: the treatment group control 10 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,invalid 4 cases,4 cases of control group in clinical control,13 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,invalid 9cases,treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group(87.5%vs 72.7%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.No adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group or the control group.Conclusion1,Shugan Jianpi Tang can be reduced in patients with type 1 autoimmune hepatitis liver function index(ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL),but associated with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside bear bile acid capsules treatment to oxygen.2.It can significantly improve the TCM syndromes and immunoglobulin G in the type 1 autoimmune hepatitis,and the effect is better than that of compound glycyrrhizin combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.3.There was no adverse reaction in the test group during the test,indicating that the liver and spleen were safe.In general,the effect of dredging and jianpi decoction on the treatment of type1 AIH liver depression and spleen deficiency is obvious,which is worthy of further promotion and new ideas for clinical development. |
