Discussion On The Clinical Application Of The Theory Of Heat-stagnation Fighting And Binding Based On Bailian Sanjie Decoction Formulated By Sichuan Famous Gynecologist Wang Chengrong

?Objective?By finishing the group origin and some clinical cases of Bailian SanJie Decoction,which was made by Researcher Wangchengrong,and systematically tap the "fire-heat theory",this paper aimed to explore part of Wang's clinical experiences and academic characteristics,on the other hand,to facilitate promotion of the valuable academic ideas of Wang's school.?Method?Arranged a part of clinical cases of Bailian Sanjie Decoction collected in Sichuan Hospital of integrated TCM&WM,consulted Researcher Wangchengrong's monographs and clinical cases and searched the relevant literatures though the Internet,the study summed and combed part of Wang's academic thought.?Conclusion?1.Bailian Sanjie Decoction is simple of structure,inexpensive,neither cold nor heat,and benifiting and attacking.2.Heat-stagnation fighting and binding theory is widely used in clinic,involving the internal medicine,external medicine,pediatrics,andrology and dermatology,and also occupies an important position in the pathogenesis of gynecological diseases.3.Gynecological chronic pelvic pain and endometrial polyps have common characteristics: blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis and the fire-heat acts as an important causative factor.4.Bailian Sanjie Decoction which was used to treat refractory gynecological diseases based on the Heat-stagnation fighting and binding theory embodies the thought of “same treatment for different diseases”in Chinense Medicine.5.Researcher Wangchengrong's "Heat-stagnation fighting and binding" theory supplements the pathogenesis of various diseases in gynecology,and provides a new way for clinical refractory gynecological diseases.Chongren theory enrichs the syndrome differentiation system of gynecological diseases.6.Researcher Wangchengrong's theory is the inheritance and development of the integrated of Chinese and western medicine in Sichuan.School of professor Wang's gynecology constitutes an important composition in schools of TCM gynecology of Sichuan.
