The Academic Ideology Research Of Hu Ting Guang's "traumatology Compilation"

This thesis concludes the origin, characteristic, background and clinical practice base of Hu Tingguang's academic Ideology by systematically studying "Traumatology Compilation" written by Hu Tingguang,who is a famous doctor lived in Qing Dynasty. It also probes into Hu Tingguang's particular academic style. the research have an important realistic meaning to the succession and development of this subject.Hu Tingguang discussed the treatment of a variety of Traumatology diseases in "Traumatology Compilation", documented inspection reset methods of fractures,dislocations and tendon injuries. Particularly, Hu Tingguang emphasis on the importance of manual resetting and considered:"when treating traumatic injuries, fractures and dislocations, we should use manual resetting first; and then fasten them using appliances; in the last, we use traditional Chinese materia medica.""Traumatology Compilation" also collects a large number of traumatology works written by doctors before Qing Dynasty. Hu Tingguang indicated the original book when he quoted the other doctor's academic Ideology. So the book have an important documental value. In the field of drugs usage, Hu Tingguang advocated not rigidly stick to whether the parties are contained in the books. On the contrary, we should do some innovation based on herbal property and nongovernmental experience. Hu Tingguang not only brings us his academic Ideology, more importantly, his academic style basing on clinical practice, learning from the ancients but doesn't copy the ancients, overthrow certain things and establish others The style of study has far-reaching significance to research "Traumatology Compilation", as well as researches on other subjects.There are little systematical researches on "Traumatology Compilation" at present.
