| Objective:Through clinical research,observe the treatment of chronic colitis by the treatment of Cao's chang yan fang and Mesalazine SR Granules,is more effective to improve the symptoms of chronic colitis,safety and recurrence than in the treatment of Mesalazine SR Granules or not.Methods: The Eligible patients were divided into treatment group and control group by a randomized controlled method,with 30 patients in each group,which is come from the Cao jixun experts out-patient clinics,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was treated with Mesalazine SR Granules,and the treatment group was treated with Mesalazine SR Granules and Cao's clinical experience prescription(chao's chang yan fang).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the patients were returned after 4 weeks of withdrawal,and relevant records were recorded.The comprehensive efficacy,clinical symptom score,and submucosal manifestations,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The general materials(gender,age,course of disease),clinical symptoms(diarrhea,mucous stool,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,poor diet and fatigue),pre-treatment traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and pre-treatment fiber colonoscopy score of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),It's comparable.(2)After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with the comprehensive curative effect: 10 cases were cured in the experimental group,13 cases were effective,5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,6 cases were cured,7 cases were developed,12 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%?(3)Comprehensive curative effect of observation group after treatment,symptom integral,clinical symptom scores,fiber colonoscopy under the mucous membrane performance compared with the control group: the number of diarrhea,and mucus,loss of appetite,fatigue weakness,fiber colonoscopy mucous membrane under the performance aspects of P>0.05,differences between the two groups was statistically significant,that observation group than the control group can significantly improve the number of chronic colitis,diarrhea,weakness of mucus,loss of appetite,fatigue symptoms and mucosal edema,congestion performance.The total score of abdominal distension and abdominal pain was P>0.05,which showed no statistical significance,indicating that the observation group had no better effect on abdominal distention and abdominal pain than the control group.(4)there's no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the observation group after treatment,but the control group had mild nausea and stomach distension and other gastrointestinal symptoms.(5)after treatment,the observation group and control group in cure cases has a relapse,the observation group of 10 cases were cured and 2 cases of recurrence,characterized by mild diarrhea,2-4 times/day,I have a small amount of mucus then;In the control group,there were 4 cases of recurrence,4 caseswith moderate diarrhea,4-6 times/day,and the constant volume of mucus was found,with distension,poor appetite,and decreased appetite <1/3.Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: Treatment of chronic colitis(weakness of the spleen and stomach)was treated by Cao's chang yan fang combined with Mesalazine SR Granules,which is obviously superior to the clinical efficacy of Mesalazine SR Granules.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group: 83.33%.Cao's chang yan fang is an effective prescription for treatment of spleen and stomach weak type chronic colitis,It provides a new way of diagnosis and treatment of chronic proctitis in combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine,and it is worth widely used in the clinical treatment of chronic colitis. |
