Jie Du Tong Luo Yi Chang Fang On Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Diarrhe In Diabetes (Kidney And Damage Of Deficiency With Damp)

Objective: Deficiency of kidney damage in patients with damp type is the mostcommon types of diabetic diarrhea, this experiment aims to study on Jie Du Tong LuoYi Chang Fang beneficial intestinal Decoction in the treatment of patients of the class,in order to explain Jie Du Tong Luo Yi Chang Fang intestinal side benefit clinicalapplication value, the accumulation of clinical experience, and again applied to clinicalwork.Method:The experiment was made in the clear curative effect of Jie Du Tong LuoYi Chang Fang intestinal side benefit, the choice of the statistical methods to thegraduate student stage study, select Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine clinic and60patients in treatment group and controlgroup each30, because the side on the treatment group based in diabetes treatment,given Jie Du Tong Luo Yi Chang Fang intestinal side benefit（every Decoction ofChinese medicine juice300ml,2times a day）, another group was given medicineberberine（0.4g,3times daily,1weeks as a course）, will the effect of two groups weretracking control, treatment.Result:The follow-up of12weeks, the two groups were compared the clinicaleffect, it is not difficult to draw the effect of the former is obviously better than thelatter. There are96.67%total efficiency of the former group, control group, the totalefficiency of63.33%. Of the two total efficiency had significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: In the treatment of the30cases, the total effective rate was96.67%,including6cases recovered, accounted for20%of the total,13cases were cured,accounting for43.3%of the total,10cases were effective, accounting for33.33%ofthe total,3cases are invalid, accounting for3.33%of the total. And another group of30patients, the total effective rate was63.33%, including2cases recovered,accounted for6.67%of the total,6cases were cured, accounting for20%of the total,11cases were effective, accounting for36.67%of the total,11cases, accounted for36.67%of the total. Treatment results suggest that, during the whole experiment,observation showed that treatment of Jie Du Tong Luo Yi Chang intestinal side benefit compared with the western medicine group was significantlt effective.
