Reseach Of The Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation (Run Chang Tong Bian Fang)

Purpose The purpose of this article was to observe laxative side treatment of functional constipation(Yin hot type)clinical efficacy,safety and therapeutic advantages compared with the same kind of medicine syndromes contrast.And demonstrate the value of the party from both theoretical and clinical efficacy.Method 1.The observation object is 60 gastroenterology outpationts from Hubei Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2014.6 and 2015.12.They were randomly divided into two groups of 30 people which were the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given RUN CHANG TONG BIAN FANG,the control group was given Ziyin Runchang Oral liquid.The treatment was 4 weeks.we should observe the efficacy before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment.the age of treatment group is 18-65 and the age of the control group is 18-65.Two groups of gender,age,disease duration,disease severity,the total efficiency were no significant difference in total score Syndrome and other aspects,They were comparable(P>0.05).2.Prescription Composition:Treatment group of RUN CHANG TONG BIAN FANG:DangguilOg HoupolOg Huomaren15 kuxinren 10 g Luhui 15g roucongrongl5g shengshouwulOg shudihuang 12g yulirenlOg zhishil5g These drugs was made of decoction by water and 150ml each time,twice a day.Ziyin Runchang Oral Liquid group was consisted of Rehmanniae.3.Statistical Methods:Data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0.statistical software where level data using Ridit test,count data using X2test,measurement data using t test.Result The total effective rate of Treatment group was 90.00%,and of control group was 76.67%,there was no significant difference between them.The treatment group was capable enough to promote the discharge of stool,improve bowel frequency and reduce associated symptoms of defecation,which is better than the control group.Conclusion RUN CHANG TONG BIAN FAN can promote the excretion of stool,increase the frequency of bowel movements,reduce the associated symptoms of bowel,and it does have curative effect of chronic functional constipation(Yin hot type)which was no significant side effects,safety,good,worthy of further study and promotion.
