Clinical Efficacy Of Huangqin Decoction Combined With Kangfuxin Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Syndrome Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:Clinical efficacy of Huangqin decoction combined with Kangfuxin retention enema in the treatment of Damp-heat syndrome of ulcerative colitis.Method:60 patients with UC all from Deyang Sixth People's Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College,All cases meeting the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine and the TCM syndrome of Damp-heat accumulation were randomly divided into observation group A and the control group B,and each group was 30 patients.The B group was treated with Mesalamine,On the basis of it,the A group was given Huangqin decoction combined with Kangfuxin retention enema.Two weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.After the treatment,Comparing the two groups of improvement of abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody purulent stool,intestinal mucosa under endoscopy before and after a course and two courses of treatment.Lastly,Using SPSS21.0 to analyze statistical information and data,the measurement data and numeration data were analyzed with t-test and chi-square test,Nonparametric tests that do not conform to normal distribution.Result:The results of symptoms and electronic colonoscopy features in the two groups were improved.The treatment group had a total effective rate of 93.30%,which was higher than 76.70% in the control group(P<0.05);No obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Huangqin decoction combined with Kangfuxin retention enema in the treatment of Damp-heat in ulcerative colitis can be effective,it has been found to effectively reduce bellyache,diarrhea with pus-blood,quickly enhance intestinal mucosa suffered damage.It opens up a train of thoughts for the treatment of Damp-heat syndrome of ulcerative colitis.
