| Objective: This study is mainly studied and discussed colon cleansing the wet joint beauty soup salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride with mild-to-moderate e.hot and humid card ulcerative colitis clinical effect,its clinical meaning has been revealed through research and clinical observation and treatment of advantages,for the further study of the TCM treatment for ulcerative colitis and for treatment in the future to lay the theoretical basis and methods.Methods: The 60 patients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group30 cases and control group 30 cases,control group take the salad,the treatment group take colon cleansing the wet soup + beautiful salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,all 4 w for a period of treatment,treatment of two consecutive period of treatment.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms integral,safety during the treatment,the overall efficient as well as the repair of the pathological changes of intestinal mucosa after treatment.Results:1.Treatment group 30 cases,12 cases were male,female 18 cases,age distribution between 30 to 50 years old,the youngest age 30 one full year of life,the biggest age 50 years old.Control group 30 cases,10 cases of male,the female 20 cases,age distribution between 30 to 50 years of age,the minimum age 30 one full year of life,the biggest age 50 years old.Two groups of cases no significant difference in gender,age,comparable.2.In the treatment group 30 cases,19 cases were markedly effective,effective 9cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 93%;In the control group 30 cases,6 cases had marked effect,12 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate60% in treatment group and control group all can improve the symptoms,but the effect in treatment group than the control group is more outstanding,the rank and inspection,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The curative effect of treatment group than the control group obviously.3.The curative effect index compared two groups of patients,the t test,compared with before treatment,P=0.000 *P# [0.05;compared with control group,P[0.05;the difference is statistically significant.The treatment group is better than the control group.4.Safety observation,two groups of patients in the process of test and test before and after the blood routine,routine urine routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram detection did not find any adverse reactions,such as believe in objective of safety indicators,safe and reliable;Before and after treatment and the treatment process of patients with headaches,dizziness and other subjective experience,by chi-square test,chi-square = 3.279,p = 3.279(p < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,can be thought of in terms of subjective discomfort adverse reactions obviously lower in treatment group than the control group.5.lesions in the intestinal mucosa repair situation before and after the treatment,the χ2 test,χ2= 6.882,P= 0.032(P< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,can think of in the intestinal mucosa recovery treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusions: this study mainly discusses in the present American salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride as first-line drug cases,whether the joint use of TCM and the effect is more outstanding,through research,clear bowel,wet joint beauty soup salad oxazine with mild-to-moderate UC e.wet and heat treatment in improving the comprehensive curative effect,promote restoration of the lesions in the intestinal mucosa,relieve symptoms,alleviate the patients’ economic burden is superior to the pure beauty salad oxazine treatment. |
