Background and Objective:Lung cancer(also known as bronchogenic carcinoma)has been one kind of malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality in the world.Surgery operation is still the best choice for achieving a cure in patients with non-small cell lung cancer in stage??stage? and part of stage?.As an invasive operation,Surgical treatment is bound to induce a series of injuries and complications, such as stress ulcer?hypertension?Venous thrombosis?postoperative cardiopulmonary complications and even death. And the occurrence of postoperative cardiopulmonary complications can prolong the postoperative hospital stay, increase the cost of hospitalization and the risk of postoperative death, and also affect the postoperative recovery and prognosis. Many researchers show that preoperative respiratory function exercise can effectively improve preoperative lung function.Having treated patients with comprehensive treatment for many years,my department summed up a series of preoperative pulmonary function exercise. In my research,we gathered 130 patients who got lung operation from Aug.2017 to Nov.2017 and analyzed the correlation between postoperative cardiopulmonary complications and pulmonary function indexes, such as preoperative pulmonary function, such as forced expiratory volume?forced expiratory volume per second?peak expiratory flow and maximum ventilatory volume. Then 70 patients were selected randomly to get respiratory function exercises, the second pulmonary function test were made after seven to ten days to analyze the effect of the respiratory function exercises.Materials and MethodsWe have collected 201 patients' information from our department who had got lung operation from Aug.2017 to Nov.2017.After we organized the basic information of the 201 patients, there are 130 patients' data integrated, whose operation was lobectomy and pathology was lung cancer. The clinical information included age?sex?pathological type?smoking index?Body Mass Index?preoperative basic diseases?pulmonary function index. Then make this information write in EXCEL and at the same time construct the database in SPSS.Then 70 patients were selected randomly.Pulmonary function exercises are taught. After seven to ten days' exercise,we observed and analyzed the effects of pulmonary function result from respiratory function exercises. At last,we used statistical software for SPSS20.0,P value point 0.05,less than 0.05 showed a statistical significance. Results: 1.Compared with on-PCCs group, preoperative PEF and MVV in PCCs group were significantly lower.Patients with COPD in PCCs group were significantly more than in non-PCCs group. The extubation date was significantly higher in PCCs than in non-PCCs There were not significantly different between the two groups of patients in age, gender,BMI,smoking history, preoperative hypertension, coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and pathological types.2.PEF was an independent risk factor for PPCs.Further,ROC curve showed that PEF=5.02L/s was the cut—off value for predicting the occurrence of PCCs 3.The patient's respiratory rate was significantly reduced, and FVC,FEV1,PEF,MVV increased to a varying degrees.after the respiratory functional exercises of our department. Conclusion: 1.The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications is related to COPD,PEF,MVV.The results are statistically different.Patients with postoperative cardiopulmonary complications after lung surgery have a longer extubation time, compared with the patients without postoperative cardiopulmonary complications. The result is statistically different 2.PEF can be used as an independent risk factor for postoperative cardiopulmonary complications. When the patient's PEF is less than <5.02L/s,he is easier to suffer postoperative cardiopulmonary complications.3.The respiratory functional exercises of our department can improve lung function of patients with lung cancer before surgery, improve patient tolerance to reduce postoperative complications and be used in the clinic work.
