PurposeThe incidence and mortality of postoperative pulmonary complications ( PPC) are high. The most important risk factor of PPC is that the patients presented chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) before operation. In order to evaluate the perioperative risk factors of PPC and to decreas the incidence of PPC ,We analysed the relationship of patients factors, operative factors, lung function index and PPC.Methods1. 54 perioperative patients with COPD were classified according to age , body mass index(BMI) , operation time and operation places. X2 tests were carried out to test the incidence of PPC among different groups.2. The relationship among preoperative partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood ( PaO2) ,lung function index and PPC were analysed using SPSS statistics software.3. The relationship between preoperative partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood ( PaO2) , lung function index and the duration of postoperative mechanic ventilation were analysed using SPSS statistics software.Results1. 30 patients among 54 patients occurred PPC, the disease incidence was...
