Objective: Analyze the features of binocular vision function in patients with functional vision loss and diagnose the binocular vision function of the problems,observe and explore the visual training on functional decline in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods: Retrospective study.A total of 30 patients with functional vision loss who attended the Ophthalmology Clinic of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017 were collected,mean age(8.80 ± 2.39)years old.All patients were excluded organic eye disease,amblyopia risk factors and systemic diseases,through comprehensive optometry refractometry based on the improvement of binocular visual function tests,analysis,diagnosis,and give individualized visual training,such as: Reverse film,distance text / digital card method(Hart table method),aperture training device,Brock line training.Results: Among the 30 patients with moderate orthoptic eyes,7 patients;8 patients with low myopia,refraction at-0.25D~-2.50D;7 patients with low hyperopia,diopters at +0.25 to +1.50D;8 patients with low astigmatism,Refraction <1.50 DC,both poor vision corrected visual acuity,and distance vision <1.0.To adjust the lack of flexibility.After 9 weeks of visual training,the best corrected visual acuity was improved to 1.0 in all patients.After training,the best corrected visual acuity was statistically significant(right eye:t=-11.236,P=0.000;left eye: t=-10.868,P=0.000).Visual acuity improved positive relative regulation,right eye adjustment flexibility,left eye adjustment flexibility,both eyes adjust flexibility,right eye Flipper,left eye Flipper,both eyes Flipper and other regulatory functions are better than before training,and the difference was statistically Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with functional vision loss associated withbinocular vision dysfunction,effective visual training can significantly improve their visual acuity and improve their visual parameters,thereby improving their binocular visual function,so carry out visual training on functional decline in visual acuity The patient has positive significance.
