Objective:1. Observed femtosecondlaser and LASIK, both before and after surgery myopia visual function changes:from functional visual quality point of view, method of evaluation and analysis of This two kind of patients with myopia binocularfunction.2. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of binocular vision in myopic patients before and after surgery:clinical underwent laser surgery have functional vision in patients with abnormal preoperative screening and surgical guidance.Methods:Select from January2011to November2011in Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital excimer laser treatment centers for patients treated with LASIK surgery, prospective study. According to the principle of voluntary choice of surgery in patients divided into two groups:one for the femtosecond group, a total of50cases (100). Another group for the mechanical microkeratome group,50patients (100).Use Contrast sensitivity instrument, computer refractor, refractor, corneal topography, wavefront aberration analyzers and other instruments, check myopic patients before surgery, three months and six months after refraction, phoria, flexibility vergence, contrast sensitivity, analysis of the change of visual function in two flap system.Results:1. In each group the changes of spherical refractive diopters, compared with pre-operation, are significant statistically (P<0.05), while with the passage of time patients have recesion gradually. Astigmatism diopters decreases after operation three month, which is significant statistically compared with pre-operation (P<0.05). The axis of astigmatism also changes, but this change has no regularity (P>0.05)2. With the change of refraction after operation, the phoria tends to disappear,eye position tends to anteroposterior.3.Patients in both groups3months solid relative accommodation gradually increased (P<0.05); virtual relative accommodation was no significant change (P>0.05) after operaton. Adjustment after3months and6months, the difference has not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups.4. Eyes adjust flexibility compared with the preoperative did not change significantly (P>0.05) between the two groups of patients Postoperative.5. Postoperative adjustment ahead of the disappearance of the two groups of patients with solid amount of vergence reduce virtual vergence increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6. The two groups of patients after vergence near point is moving away from the front, close to the normal level.7. Preoperative contrast sensitivity between the two groups has not statistically significant (P>0.05) different states, but the contrast sensitivity under the glare state is lower than the non-glare state. Different times postoperative femtosecond group were increased in all states of all frequencies than preoperative (P<0.05); LASIK only improve after3months and6months frequency than the preoperative (P<0.05). After6months light, dark light,dark light+glare under18c/d log increase the magnification femtosecond group is higher than the LASIK.Conclusion:The femtosecondlaser and LASIK refraction correction is safe and effective.After Femtosecondlaser and LASIK relative accommodation gradual increase in virtual vergence increased, and further enhance the regulatory convergence and integration of functions.No significant decline in contrast sensitivity after LASIK two groups of patients, but the degree of improvement in femtosecond group was better than the LASIK group. The two sets of surgery can improve the high frequency contrast sensitivity under glare conditions. Femtosecond laser and LASIK relative accommodation gradual increase in virtual vergence increased, and further enhance the regulatory convergence and integration of functions.Myopic refractive surgery not only improves the visual acuity of patients, but also to improve the preoperative myopia after3months after binocular vision dysfunction, and improve the quality of binocular vision.
