Objective:By comparing the RSI and RFS scores of pharyngopharyngeal and laryngeal reflux disease in preschool children with the results of diagnostic treatment. To explore the application of RSI and RFS in the diagnosis and treatment of pharynx and larynx reflux disease in preschool children and put forward some suggestions for improvement. Methods:Children aged 3 to 6 years visit in otorhinolaryngology from December2016 to December 2017,with a case history of more than 1 month. These preschool children with suspected pharyngopharyngeal and laryngeal reflux disease with complaints include hoarseness, throat clearing, cough, foreign body sensation of pharynx, receive diagnostic treatment for more than 2 weeks. The results of RSI and RFS scores were recorded before and after treatment. The results of RSI score and RFS score before and after treatment were recorded and 50 cases without visit and substandard were removed. Results:The positive rate of RSI score was 32%(16/50)in all children before treatment, and 42%(21/50)in RFS score.Diagnostic treatment was effective and effective 76%(38/50).RSI diagnostic sensitivity was 36.84%(14/38),specificity was 83.33%(10/12).The diagnostic sensitivity of RFS score was 44.74%(17/38)and the specificity was 66.67%(8/12).Conclusion:The scores of RFS and RSI symptom index were worse in the initial diagnosis of LPRD in preschool children than in adults, and were not recommended to be used according to the adult standard.Preschool children had their own symptoms and signs, and the clinical symptoms were mild. The simple signs of RFS and RSI can not effectively provide the clinical diagnostic value.Removing some indexes and simplifying them, forming a new scoring table after relaxing the diagnostic criteria has better diagnostic accuracy.
