| Objective Secretory otitis media(SOM),as one of the most common causes of conducting deafness, has recently bec SOM a research hotspot in the study of its correlation with laryngopharia-nacytic reflux(LRP).There are few researches on the pathogenesis and etiology of secretory otitis media at h SOM and abroad. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between otitis media with secretory and laryngopharyngeal reflux, with the aim of contributing to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of otitis media with secretory and providing a better treatment plan for patients.Methods(1)A total of 60 patients with SOM who were admitted to the First Affiliated Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Department of Anhui Medical University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Fill in the Reflux Symptom Index(RSI)according to the requirements of professional doctors and based on personal feelings. The reflux finding score(RFS)was completed by two otolaryngologists based on the results of electronic laryngoscopy, and the average score was calculated. Then, the DX-PH monitor was used by professionals to monitor the p H of oropharynx for 24 hours. The total number of reflux events, the percentage time of reflux and the longest reflux time were calculated according to the patient’s position, and the Ryan score was obtained.(2)46 cases of otitis media with laryngopharyngeal reflux were screened out from the above 60 patients, and according to the requirements of professional otolaryngologists,Seven Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire(ETDQ-7)were assessed. Results 1.The positive rate of RSI was 7% in 60 patients with otitis media and 61.66% in 60 patients with otitis media. The rate of RSI and/or RFS in 60 patients with otitis media was 73.33%(44/60).2.46(46/60,76%)of the 60 patients with secretory otitis media were positive for Ryan index, most of which were positive in upright score.3.In 46 patients with otitis media and laryngopharyngeal reflux, the positive rate of dysfunction of the seven components of the eustani tube was 100%(46/46).Summarize 1.The incidence of secretory otitis media is positively correlated with the symptoms of laryngopharyngeal reflux.2.Eustavan tube dysfunction is one of the important links of laryngopharyngeal reflux with secretory otitis media. |
