Application And Research Of Data Mining Technology In Medical System

Data mining technology develops rapidly in modern society,and its application in the field of medicine can not only reduce the treatment cost of patients,but also reasonably allocate medical resources,so as to provide comprehensive and high-quality services and treatment for patients.This paper studies the medical information data mining technology,takes the patient information data and the patient medical expense data as the research object,and excavates the correlation between them,so as to reflect the development law of medical expense data in different patient groups.Through the study of hospital medical service items,the establishment of medical cost data warehouse,the selection of appropriate data mining technology,the analysis of medical cost information of patients,the classification of medical cost information of all patients according to the type of hospital charges,the classification and research of the cost,the use of cluster analysis method,The medical cost data are analyzed and studied in the form of similarity calculation,and the typical feature vectors that match the characteristics are obtained.All patient cost data are classified according to these feature vectors,which are used as the objects of later data mining.After the data is prepared,the Apriori algorithm based on association rules is improved,and the data obtained after clustering analysis is analyzed and mined to establish the multi-dimensional data model structure.Data mining of medical data,in fact,is to mine out all kinds of association rules existing in medical data,and the correlation between patients’ gender,age,symptoms,length of stay and hospitalization cost,so as to assist the decision-making of hospital managers.Through the mining of various correlations in medical data,the treatment cost of patients can be effectively reduced,so as to achieve the purpose of mining medical information and medical cost information in this paper.
