Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Benign Thyroid Nodules With Xiaoyao Granule And Xiaojin Capsule

ObjectiveObserving the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Granules and Xiaojin Capsules in the treatment of benign simple thyroid nodules.Its mechanism of action was preliminarily explored,and a simple,effective,convenient and safe treatment route was provided for the clinical treatment of this disease.MethodThe 99 patients with benign simple thyroid nodules who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into A,B,and C groups,with 33 cases in each group.All three groups were given therapeutic lifestyle interventions.On this basis,Group A Oral Xiaoyao Granules combined with Xiaojin Capsules.Group B Oral Xiaoyao Granules.Group C Health education given only therapeutic lifestyle interventions.The treatment period for each group is three months.The TCM syndrome scores,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,the change in the risk factors of malignant nodules,and the adverse reactions that occurred during treatment were observed before and after treatment in the three groups of patients.Result(1)A total of 7 people fell off during the course of treatment.In the end,there were 31 patients in group A,30 in group B,and 31 in group C.(2)Before treatment,the age,sex and disease course of the three groups were compared(P>0.05)the difference was not statistically significant,and the baseline data were comparable.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores.Before and after treatment in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between group B and group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group C before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The difference of maximum nodule diameter was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment in group A(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment in group B,and there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment in group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05).(5)The efficacy comparison of TCM syndromes.The total effective rate in group A was 80.5%,the total effective rate in group B was 46.6%,and the total effective rate in group C was 3.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The comparison of thyroid ultrasound results.The total effective rate was 80.7% in group A,43.3% in group B,and 3.2% in group C.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Nodular malignancy high-risk factor integral(Ultrasonic Sign).There was no significant difference between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(8)Thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4),thyroid autoimmune antibodies(TPOAb,TgAb)before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(9)One adverse reaction occurred in group A,and the adverse reaction rate was 3.2%.There was no significant difference in laboratory safety indicators ALT,AST,renal function SCr,BUN between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionXiaoyao Granules and Xiaojin Capsules can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with benign simple thyroid nodules,reduce the size of thyroidnodules,and have high safety and ease of use.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
