| Objective: In view of the prevalence of spleen-stomach system diseases,we summarized the experience of the famous elder Chinese medicine doctor Li Kongding in his clinical treatment of various diseases of the spleen-stomach system by sorting out the academic ideas of Li Kongding's “Zhezhonghe” spleen-stomach treatment,with a view to treating the spleen and stomach diseases with traditional Chinese medicine more effectively.Methods: This article is divided into four parts.The research methods are mainly literature review and retrospective studies.Part ?: The preliminary study of the theory of spleen-stomach system of TCM was carried out by the methods of literature review.Part ?:Digging The intrinsic meaning of Li Kongding's "Zhizhonghe" academic thought by analyzing his treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Part ?:By analyzing the data of 153 cases of chronic gastritis treated by Li Kongding,discuss his drug treatment traits.Part IV:Summary of the foregoing review and outlook.Results:According to the collation and analysis of related data,Li's academic thought of “Zhezhonghe” has been elucidated in terms of his treatment methods,prescriptions,and medications,and has also been reflected in the study of clinical data with chronic gastritis.Conclusion: Prof.Li Kongding's treatment of the spleen-stomach system caused by "Zhizhonghe" has clear principles,clear treatment,flexible prescriptions,and compliance with medications.It has certain guiding significance for the treatment of various diseases of the spleen and stomach and deserves further in-depth research and discussion. |
