The objective of this article:one is the inheritance of the Chinese medicine experts Li Kongding* s academic thoughts and clinical experience, One is provides ideas and methods for treatment of pulmonary system diseases, especially chronic, difficult pulmonary system diseases. This article is completed in professor Shen Qinlin’ guidance and the writer through sorting, collecting, analyzing the recording of the treatment of lung disease in the original book, reading and clinical notes, to researches and summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of Mr. Li about the treatment of lung disease.In the introduction, the author briefly introduces the research background of this paper, and the writer points out that Professor Li has accumulated affluent experience in the treatment of pulmonary system diseases, so this study of his acamdemis idea and experience is very important.The first part, discusses the academic thought of Mr. Li in the treatment of lung disease. This paper discusses respectively from the "lung disease mostly cause blood stasis, should treat by invigorating the circulation of blood", "spleen system is important in curing the lung disease","treatment of lung disease should distinguish phlegm first". For the" lung disease mostly cause blood stasis, should treat by invigora-ting the circulation of blood", the author expound this through the mechanism of pulmonary blood stasis, the significance of promoting blood circulation in the treatment of pulmonary disease and the specific applia-tion of promoting blood circulation. For the "spleen system is important in curing the lung disease", the author expounds the physiologi-cal and pathological relationship of lung and spleen system, to explain the connotation of it and to introduce the application of the treatment based on it. For the "treatment of lung disease shouid distingu-ish phlegm first", mainly to expound the treating rule of phlegm by explainin-g the formation mechanism and the pathogenic characteristics of the phlegm, and the relationship between pulmonary disease and phlegm.In the second part, the writer provides a systemic introduction of Mr. Li’s treatment experience of lung disease. Summarizing the experience of Professor Li on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmon-ary tuberculosis and bronchial asthma. For the treatment of chronic obstr-uctive pulmonary disease, Professor Li thinks that Pulmonasthenia is the premise and foundation of the disease; Noted phlegm and retained fluid and blood stasis is a pathological product and pathogenic factorsof the disease, and throughout the entire process of disease; Thinking that "viscera deficiency, phlegm and retained fluid and blood stasis each knot" is characteristic of pathogenesis; According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis produces jinshui jiaotai decoction to strengthening resistance and eliminating evil. He advocated medication, diet and regulating and good to treat drug-resistant tuberculosis.For the treatment of bronchinal asthma, Professor Li thought "viscera def ici-ency.allergy and disease" was a key to pathogenesis,pointed out that with the development of the disease condition appears three kinds of pathological changes, respected stage of governance.The third part, preliminary discussion on Professor Li’s experience in choosing the most suitable herbs in the treatment of lung disease. This article expounds his specific experience in the single herb choosing and using.
