Objective:Inherit the essence,keep integrity and innovation.Professor Chi Huaji is the fifth batch of nationally renowned senior TCM instructors,a famous TCM doctor in Shandong Province,one of the academic leaders of the key disciplines of the Ministry of Education,the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.The theory and clinical research of Theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi for more than50 years has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and formed a more systematic academic thought.Therefore,in order to inherit and carry forward the theoretical characteristics of the famous traditional Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and the experience of prescriptions and medicines,improve the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and guide the clinical prescription of medicines,this topic conducts a systematic and in-depth collection of Professor Chi Huaji’s academic thoughts and clinical experience Sort out,analyze and summarize.Methods:1.Through in-depth interviews,follow-up with Professor Chi Huaji,collect and summarize the papers,works,lectures and other documents published by Professor Chi Huaji to complete the summary of the teacher’s academic source and the academic thoughts of differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.2.Collection of Professor Chi Huaji from January 2017 to July 2020 in the outpatient clinics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinzhonglu Hospital,and Qingdao Yishengjian Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedics Hospital.The medical record data of the diagnostic criteria for fullness,pantothenic acid,and diarrhea are based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,using data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,and complex system entropy clustering to explore Professor Chi Huaji’s clinical experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases.results:1.Professor Chi Huaji’s academic origins and thoughts in treating spleen and stomach diseasesProfessor Chi Huaji’s academic thoughts on treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are derived from the classics of traditional Chinese medicine such as "Theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi","Spleen and Stomach Theory","Danxi’s Mastery of Medicine","Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Prescription" and other traditional Chinese medicine classics.Specifically,the original purpose of the patriarchal "Theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi" was to form a basic understanding of the physiology and pathology of the spleen and stomach;to realize the "Spleen and Stomach Theory",to establish the paradigm for syndromes and treatments of spleen and stomach diseases,to use light and smart medicine,and to emphasize the drooping of liver and gallbladder and the growth and development of qi,and the taste of medicine increased or decreased.Flexible and full of change;practice the "Danxi’s Mastery of Medicine",understand the essentials of splenic phlegm,and establish the basic treatment principle focusing on reducing phlegm;study "Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Prescription",advocating many simple and effective prescriptions,and set up to regulate the spleen and stomach The strategy.Based on the above-mentioned classic theories and clinical practice,Professor Chi Huaji formed a systematic academic thought on spleen and stomach diseases: Pay attention to the two major physiological characteristics of Taiyin and Yangming complementing each other,living in the center and serving the whole body;based on the lifestyle of modern people,pointed out diet Disjointness,loss of work and rest,and poor emotions are still the three major factors that cause spleen and stomach diseases;further analysis of the spleen and stomach diseases is based on weakness of the spleen and stomach,internal resistance of phlegm and food as the standard,discordance of wood and soil,and poor Qi.The basic pathogenesis characteristics of the disease,while emphasizing the derivation of pathogenesis can occur due to differences in physique or the nature of evil.Based on the idea of treating the disease,Professor Chi Huaji believes that life phlegm and dampness in the spleen.According to the statistics of the frequency of medication,there are 46 flavors of drugs that are more than 10 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are:Baihe,stir-fried malt,and Gallus gallus domesticus,Coptis,Tangerine Peel,Angelica dahurica,Evodia,Poria,Stir-Fried Divine Comedy,Stir-Fried Hawthorn,and further statistics on the high-frequency drugs in the 7 syndrome types.A total of 59 commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained through correlation analysis.The most frequently occurring drug combinations were Coptis and Baihe;there were 65 drug combination association rules in the prescription and 26 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1,such as fried hawthorn.-> Stir-fried malt;Stir-fried divine malt,gallon,fried divine song,fried hawthorn,woody,white and,Amomum villosum,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Poria,and further statistics of the high-frequency drugs in the 5syndrome types.A total of 46 commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained through correlation analysis.The most frequently occurring drug combinations were stir-fried malt and stir-fried divine song;there were47 drug combination association rules in the prescription,and 27 drug combinations with a confidence of 1,such as stir-fried.Hawthorn->Stir-fried Malt;Stir-Fried deficiency,damp-heat moderate resistance,and liver and stomach stagnation-heat type is the most common clinical;According to the statistics of the frequency of medication,there are 32 flavors of drugs that are more than 10 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are: Coptis,Evodia,Poria,Tangerine,Baiji,Magnolia,Squid Bone,Scutellaria,Calcined Dragon Bone,Calcined oysters,and at the same time,further statistics of high-frequency drugs in the 6 types of syndromes.A total of 55 commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained through correlation analysis.The drug combinations with the highest frequency were Huanglian and Evodia;there were 81 drug combination association rules in the prescription,and 37 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1,such as Angelica dahurica->Coptis;Angelica dahurica->Evodia;Coptis,Magnolia officinalis->Evodia and so on.Through the analysis of complex system entropy clustering method,14 drug combinations were obtained,and 7 new candidate prescriptions were further refined,such as calcined keel,raw licorice,pinellia,calcined oyster;Ophiopogon japonicus,Su stem,Zhejiang fritillary,and stir-fried Chinese neem Zi,Pinellia Qu;Raw Atractylodes macrocephala,Jiao betel nut,Dandelion,Gastrodia;Amomum,Stir-Fried Malt,Stir-Fried Hawthorn,Chen Qu,Stir-Fried Grain Sprout;Licorice,Baiji,Gallus gallus,Dried Ginger,Cassia twig;Peilan,Vinegar Bupleurum,Stir-fried Scutellaria,Pulsatilla;Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Magnolia,Trichosanthes,dried tangerine peel.(4)Analysis of the prescriptions of Professor Chi Huaji in the treatment of diarrhea based on the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritanceAnalyzing the 124 cases of diarrhea that were screened out,Professor Chi Huaji divided the syndromes into six types: food accumulation of stomach and intestine,spleen deficiency and dampness,damp-heat resistance,cold and heat complex,and kidney-yang deficiency.The spleen type is the most common.According to statistics on the frequency of drug use,there are 39 drugs that are more than 10 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are: tuckahoe,tangerine peel,dried licorice,pueraria,Alisma,fried atractylodes,fangfeng,Evodia,fried malt,fried hawthorn,and further statistics of high-frequency drugs in the 6 syndrome types.A total of 57 commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained through correlation analysis.The most frequently occurring drug combinations were tangerine peel and tuckahoe;there were 60 drug combination association rules in the prescription,and 19 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1,such as white peony->Fried Atractylodes macrocephala;White peony root-> Fangfeng;White peony root->Alisma orientalis and so on.Through the analysis of complex system entropy clustering method,12 drug combinations were obtained,and 6 new candidate prescriptions were further refined,such as stir-fried malt,stir-fried divine song,dried ginger,Gallus gallus domesticus;Sichuan pepper,paojiang,tuckahoe,psoralen;Huozhi Fragrant,Angelica dahurica,Perilla,Ginger Pinellia,Perilla Seed;Fried Hawthorn,Fried Divine Comedy,Dried Ginger,Gallus gallus Yin Chen,Zhi Licorice,Talc,Lysimachia.Conclusion:After studying the papers and works published by Professor Chi Huaji,combined with special interviews and consultation with teachers,and under his careful guidance,he summarized the academic origins of Professor Chi Huaji and his academic thoughts on differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.With the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform,the clinical experience in the treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases such as stomach pain,fullness,pantothenic acid,and diarrhea is sorted and analyzed.The results of data mining are basically consistent with the conclusions of Professor Chi Huaji’s academic thoughts.After reporting with Professor Chi Huaji,he also believes that it is basically in line with my experience in formulating drugs and can provide a certain objective basis for the clinic.
