Object:1.To comprehend the current situation of self-compassion,empathy and professional quality of life of oncology nurses by investigating the self-compassion,empathy and professional life quality of oncology nurses.2.To explore the correlations between the nurses' self-compassion,empathy and professional quality of life,and analyze their relationships with each other to provide theoretical guidance and direction for clinical nursing work.Method: This study was performed in June 2017 ~October 2017 extracting 387 nurses in a Tianjin tertiary oncology hospital as the research objects,using general situation questionnaire,Benjamin from scale,Jefferson empathy scale and the professional quality of life questionnaire survey.SPSS Statistics soft package(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,USA)was used for statistical analyses.The measurement data was described on the mean and standard deviation(`x ± s),the correlation between variables was analyzed with a bivariate correlation,and multiple stepwise regression analysis was conducted according to the unitary correlation results.P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:The scores of self-compression were(77.01 ± 10.63),scores of self friendly and self evaluation were(16.50± 3.58)and(12.38± 3.27),respectively.Common people sexy(13.14 ± 2.90),the sense of isolation(10.26 ± 2.96),mindfulness(13.69 ± 2.89),excessive heavy Funeral(11.04 ± 2.55).The average scores of the empathy of the tumor nurses was 86.05± 10.42.The scores of all the dimensions of empathy were(56.35±9.78),(24.26±6.97),and(5.44±2.68),respectively.The overall quality of life of tumor nurses was evenly divided(85.26±14.99),and the scores of professional life quality were all sympathy and satisfaction(34.21±7.62),job burnout(28.07±5.27),sympathy fatigue(22.97±6.73).Statistical analysis showed that self-compassion total score in the nurse grading(F=3.99,P<0.01),age(F=5.21,P =0.006)and professional level(F=3.246,P=0.012),empathy scores for nurses on the night shift(F=3.40,P<0.01)and the work environment conditions on(F=5.59,P<0.01),the professional quality of life scores in the nurses' gender(t= 2.39,P<0.01),age(F= 19.29,P<0.01),marital status(F= 13.29,P= 0.000),title(F=11.00,P<0.01),working fixed number of year(F=12.81,P=0.000),the nurse grading(F=6.58,P<0.01),income(F=4.60,P<0.01),the income satisfaction(F=6.87,P<0.01),the number of night shift(F=5.11,P<0.01),the work environment conditions(F=9.18,P<0.01),and whether received self-compassion related training(F=5.80,P<0.01),and whether empathy related trained(F=5.59,P<0.01),statistically significant;Sympathize with satisfaction in the nurses'title(F=4.07,P<0.01),the income satisfaction(F=10.38,P=0.000),work environment(F=16.02,P=0.000),whether received self-compassion related training(F=5.12,P<0.01),and whether empathy related trained(F=4.71,P<0.01)differences,statistically significant;Nurse job burnout score in gender(t=2.95,p<0.01),age(F=17.85,p<0.001),marital status(F=15.16,P<0.001),title(F=8.33,P<0.01),working fixed number of year(F=13.97,P=0.000),the nurse grading(F=7.47,P<0.01),income(F=2.88,P<0.01),the income satisfaction(F=3.36,P<0.01),the number of night shift(F=2.79,P<0.01),the work environment conditions(F=5.33,P<0.01),and whether received self-compassion related training(F=4.25,P<0.01),and whether empathy related trained(F=4.22,P<0.01),statistically significant;STS in nurses gender(t=4.37,P<0.01),age(F=28.01,P<0.001),marital status(F=13.94,P<0.001),title(F=9.09,P<0.01),working fixed number of year(F=14.78,P<0.001),the nurse grading(F=7.54,P<0.01),income(F=8.13,P<0.01),the number of night shift(F=4.72,P=0.003),whether received self-compassion related training(F=4.13,P=4.13),and whether empathy related trained(F=4.00,P=4.00),statistically significant,self-compassion total of 387 tumor nurses and empathy scores with professional quality of life scores between related analysis,the results show that self-compassion total score is positively correlated with the professional quality of life(r=0.354,P<0.01),empathy total score is positively correlated with the professional quality of life(r=0.261,P<0.01).The self-compassion of the tumor nurse was positively correlated with the satisfaction in the professional life quality scale(r=0.274,P<0.01),which was negatively correlated with secondary trauma stess(STS)(r=-0.100,P<0.05).The self-evaluation of the tumor nurse's self-compassion was positively correlated with the professional burnout in the professional life quality scale(r=0.303,P<0.01),which was positively correlated with STS(r=0.340,P<0.01).There was positive correlation(r=0.280,P<0.01),which was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.155,P<0.01).Tumor nurse self-compassion sympathy in isolation and the professional quality of life scale of satisfaction showed a negative correlation(r=0.165,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with job burnout(r=0.196,P<0.01),and STS were positively correlated(r=0.371,P<0.01);There was positive correlation between positive and professional life quality scale(r=0.412,P<0.01),which was positively correlated with occupational burnout(r=0.164,P<0.01).The excessive precipitation in the self-compassion of tumor nurses was positively correlated with occupational burnout in the professional life quality scale(r=0.149,P<0.01),which was positively correlated with STS(r=0.178,P<0.01).The self-compassion of tumor nurses was positively correlated with occupational burnout in the professional life quality scale(r=0.243,P<0.01),which was negatively correlated with STS(r=-0.294,P<0.01),which was negatively correlated with STS(r=-0.204,P<0.01).The opinion selection of tumor nurses was positively correlated with sympathetic satisfaction in the professional life quality scale(r=0.435,P<0.01),which was negatively correlated with STS(r=-0.301,P<0.01).Oncology nurses in the same way in the heart of the emotional care and professional quality of life scale and sympathy satisfaction showed a negative correlation(r=-0.160,P<0.01),and job burnout were positively correlated(r=0.257,P<0.01),and STS were positively correlated(r=0.480,P<0.01);Oncology nurses in the same way in the heart of empathy and the professional quality of life scale and sympathy satisfaction showed a negative correlation(r=0.304,P<0.01),and job burnout were positively correlated(r=0.162,P<0.01),and STS were positively correlated(r=0.407,P<0.01).With the professional quality of life as the dependent variable,general information,self-compassion and various dimensions,empathy and dimensions were used as independent variables to carry out multiple stepwise regression analysis.Variables whether the related courses about self-compassion trained,self-compassion total score,total score on empathy,unmarried,working environment,divorced,monthly income,job title,the nurse grading and whether received related courses about empathy training into the regression equation,which explained 32.1%variance.With sympathy and satisfaction as the dependent variables,general information,self-compassion and dimensions,empathy and dimensions are used as independent variables to carry out multiple stepwise regression analysis.Eventually working environment,self-compassion total score,whether to accept training in related courses about self-compassion,gender,work income satisfaction into the regression equation,which explained 22.4%variance respectively two can be.In terms of job burnout,variables,general information,self-compassion and dimensions,empathy and dimensions are used as independent variables to carry out multiple stepwise regression analysis.Self-compassion,whether to accept training in related courses about self-compassion,unmarried,empathy scores,gender,and separated into the regression equation,which explained 24.6%variance.With STS as the dependent variable,general information,self-compassion and the dimensions,empathy and dimensions are used as independent variables to carry out multiple stepwise regression analysis.The final gender,self-compassion total score,age,empathy total,monthly income and professional title entered the regression equation,which can explain the variation of 21.5%.Conclusions:1.Oncology nurses'high level of empathy and income satisfaction,as well as self-compassion-related training are the determinants of their high compassionate satisfaction scores,suggesting that hospital administrators should improve oncology nurses by setting up self-compassion related training courses to increase the levels of nurses'self-compassion,so they will provide high quality care for cancer patients and improve patients'satisfaction.2.Oncology nurses who have high levels of self-compassion,unmarried,who have received self-sympathy related content training courses and oncology nurses with media professional titles have low levels of job burnout.This result suggests that hospital administrators should pay more attention to Low or high grade nurses and married nurses who work on the clinical work of oncology care to provide them with self-compassion training courses,so that they can consciously adjust their mentality during work and reduce the level of job burnout so as to improve the efficiency of clinical nursing work.3.The oncology nurses with a high level of empathy and loneliness experienced a high level of secondary trauma.This result suggests that hospital administrators should pay attention to the training of oncology related knowledge of oncology nurses,and at the same time work hard to build a warm harmony.Building a good working environment to alleviate negative emotions and adverse events at work and avoid secondary trauma.In sum,factors such as level of empathy,level of self-compassion,level of loneliness,income satisfaction,and whether they have received self-sympathy and empathy training are the core factors affecting the quality of professional life of oncology nurses.Therefore,management of cancer clinical nursing should optimize the content of the follow-up training,enhance the level of empathy,self-compassion and loneliness of clinical nurses,strengthen mental health awareness and behavior and then give better services to cancer patients in the future.
