Part 1 Dynamic MRI Measurement of Elated Parameters for Ischiofemoral Impingement SyndromePurpose:The aim of this study was to describe the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)typical findings under dynamic state in patients with ischiofemoral impingement(IFI)and to measure correlation parameter.Materials and methods:Prospectively scan hip in different positions(neutral,external rotation,internal rotation and adduction).64 hips of 34 patients and 67 hips of 35control cases were included in the study.Ischiofemoral space(IFS),quadratus femoris space(QFS)measurements were performed independently by three radiologists.Independent samples t test were used to compare the differences of these measurements between groups,ANOVA were used to compare the differences of these measurement in the group.SNK were used to multiple comparisons.ROC was used to calculate the diagnostic threshold value of each measures.Results:Control group under different postures which external rotation,internal rotation and neutral IFS were(13.8±2.9)mm,(11.0±3.0)mm,(15.8±3.1)mm,(13.9±1.0)mm,which were significantly different from each other(f=27.303,p<0.01).QFSwere(9.6±2.7)mm,(7.3±2.8)mm,(11.3±2.5)mm,(9.8±3.0)mm,which were significantly different from each other(f=28.203,P<0.01).The SNK comparison results showed that neutral and adduction with no statistical significance,the differences between any other two positions statistical significance.The IFS Cut-off values of different positions were?17.8mm,?15.2mm,?23.7mm,?20.2mm.The QFS Cut-off values of different positions were?13.2mm,?8.5mm,?16.3mm,?13.2mm.The IFS-QFS of patients in different positions were compared with the control group,these measurements were significantly lower in case group than those in control group.There was a positive correlation between IFS and QFS in the patient group(r value was 0.721,P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between IFS/QFS and femoral muscle edema and fat infiltration.Conclusion:With the change of body position,IFS-QFS changed dynamically,which the external position is minimum,while the internal postion is maximum.These measurements can provide a more accurate reference for the diagnosis of Asian racial diseases of IFI in different examination positions.Part 2 Measurement and Analysis of MRI for Ischiofemoral Impingement SyndromeObjective:The aim of this study was to describe the relationship between ischiofemoral space(IFS),quadratus femoris space(QFS),cervicodiaphyseal angle(CCD),femoral neck version(FNV),lesser trochanter version(LTV),hamstring area(HTA)and ischiofemoral impingement syndrome(IFI),deepen the understanding of the disease.Materials and methods:Prospectively scan 64 hips of 34 patients and 67 hips of 35 control cases were included in the study.Ischiofemoral space(IFS),quadratus femoris space(QFS),cervicodiaphyseal angle(CCD),femoral neck version(FNV),lesser trochanter version(LTV),hamstring area(HTA)measurements were performed independently by three radiologists.Independent samples t test were used to compare the differences of these measurements between groups.ROC was used to calculate the diagnostic threshold value of each measures.correlation was used to analyze the correlation of the measurement in each group.Results:IFS,QFS,FNV,LTV,CCD,HTA,TQFMV,ISA,ISS Of IFI were(13.8±2.9)mm,(9.5±2.7)mm,(17.5±10.0)°,(20.3±9.4)°,(131.0±6.7)°,(2.4±0.6)cm~2,(11.7±5.6)cm~3,(132.4±6.2)°,(11.6±1.3)cm.The corresponding control group data were(29.0±6.8)mm,(20.0±5.8)mm,(12.7±8.0)°,(25.5±11.9)°,(127.5±6.7)°,(1.8±0.5)cm~2,(27.5±10.7)cm~3,(127.4±5.6)°,(9.4±1.5)cm.The difference between the two groups was statistically significance(P<0.05),The IFS,QFS,LTV data of case group were less than the control group,the remaining cases group data were higher than the control group.There was a positive correlation between IFS-QFS and LTV,TQFMV in the patient group(P<0.05),There was a negative correlation between FNV,CCD,Sciatic angle,HTA,Sciatic distance and IFS-QFS in the patient group(P<0.05).Cut-off values of IFS,QFS,LTV,FNV,CCD,Sciatic angle,TQFMV,HTA and Sciatic distance were?17.8mm,?13.2mm,?18.5°,?14.5°,?131.5°,?2.0cm~2,?19.9cm~3,?127.5°,?10.7cm.conclusion:IFS,QFS,LTV,FNV,CCD,Sciatic angle,TQFMV,HTA and Sciatic distance were important to diagnosis of IFI.
