Clincal Study On Postoperation Of Colorectal Cancer Which Was Treated By Peishiqingc Hangguben Decoction Combined With FOL FOX Chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of peishiqingchang decoction in the treatment of Postoperation of Colon Cancer,and to explore the mechanism of its anti-tumor and synergistic effect with chemotherapy,and provide scientific basis for its wide application.Method According to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and the basis of syndrome differentiation of TCM,70 patients were divided into two groups by randomized controlled methods,and 35 patients in the treatment group were treated by peishiqingchangguben decoction with FOLFOX chemotherapy.The control group was treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy only.Acourse of treatment is 3 weeks,there are 3courses.After the treatment,respectively,observe the clinical efficacy indexes of two groups(serum CEA and CA19-9 levels,clinical syndrome of TCM,KPS score and bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction degree after chemotherapy,)and safety indicators(liver and kidney function,urine stool routine,ECG and adverse events)to study the effectivity and safety of colorectal cancer after this prescription.Results One case was lost in each group,therefore,68 patients were divided into two groups,were analyzed statistically.Results: 1.Tumor markers: the serum CEA values and ca19-9 values of both groups decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the treatment group was more significant and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Clinical syndromes of TCM: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%;The total effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,indicating that The treatment group had an advantage in alleviating the clinical symptoms of TCM compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The quality of life: after treatment,the KPS of both groups increased,and the treatment group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy: The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy: The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Safety indicators: there were no statistically significant between the two groups(P?0.05).Conclution peishiqingchangguben decoction can reduce the value of serum CEA and CA19-9 of Postoperation of Colon Cancer,which can prevent and delay the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative of Colon Cancer,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs,and relieve clinical syndrome of TCM,along with an improvement in the quality of life;this prescription is safe and effective.
