Objective: To investigate the effect of colloidal(compound dextran 40 injection)on perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of colloidal(compound dextran 40 injection)in patients with colorectal cancer after radical resection.Materials and methods:The perioperative indexes of patients underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients who used colloidal(compound dextran 40 injection)after operation as experimental group, the patients who did not use it as control group,38 patients in experimental group and 62 patients in control group.Collect the patient's age, sex,Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),total bilirubin, albumin, renal function(Creatinine),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),international standardized ratios(INR),D-dimer,postoperative drainage, first exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization days, and so on.Comparison of postoperative liver function(ALT,AST,total bilirubin, albumin),renal function(Creatinine),blood coagulation index(APTT,PT,INR,D-dimer),postoperative drainage, first exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization days between two groups to see whether there were differences or not. Results: There was no significant difference in albumin,ALT,total bilirubin,creatinine,APTT,PT,INR,D-dimer and drainage flow between the two groups on the first day after operation(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the AST in the experimental group increased slightly on the first day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in albumin,ALT,total bilirubin, creatinine,APTT,PT,INR and D-dimer between the two groups on the third day after operation(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the AST in the experimental group increased on the third day after operation, the difference was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in liver function, renal function and coagulation index in the fifth and seventh days after the operation. The drainage flow, exhaust time and hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The postoperative application of colloidal(compound dextran 40injection)had not affect the liver and kidney function and coagulation index.and was helpful to the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and reduced the drainage and postoperative hospitalization days,so it is safe and effective to use compound dextran to treat colorectal cancer patients after operation.
