| Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of fast track surgery combined with metal stent in the perioperative period of malignant intestinal obstruction. Methods: Clinical data of 52 patients who received metal stent implantation for obstructive colorectal cancer in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2021 were collected retrospectively. All patients underwent radical surgery for one-stage resection and anastomosis.According to different perioperative management methods, they were divided into FTS group and traditional group. The postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared: first exhaust time, first defecation time, oral diet time, unplanned 30-day readmission rate;Postoperative complications: postoperative intestinal obstruction, anastomotic fistula, incision infection, pulmonary infection;Laboratory indicators: white blood cells, procalcitonin,CRP,blood glucose,HB.Results: The time of first exhaust and defecation in FTS group was earlier than that in traditional group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications(intestinal obstruction, incision infection, anastomotic fistula and pulmonary infection)in the FTS group was slightly lower than that in the traditional group. The laboratory indicators(procalcitonin and CRP)in FTS group were different from those in traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The use of FTS combined with metal stent has obvious advantages in perioperative treatment of obstructive colorectal cancer.FTS can reduce the stress response.FTS does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications of colorectal cancer. |
