Clinical Study On The Perioperative Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer With

Purpose:Studying on Sishen pill modified clinical efficacy in the treatment of colorectal cancer in the perioperative period,and then exploring and proving the use of traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative colorectal cancer clinical efficacy and application value.Material and method:We Collected 116 cases with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney as the main symptoms of colorectal cancer cases,in accordance with the colorectal cancer peri operative treatments of different, including traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment process and traditional Chinese medicine is not involved in the treatment process,we will meet the standard of the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the group of 58 cases,according to the difference of TCM syndromes and the clinical manifestations of operative surgery and postoperative colorectal cancer in perioperative,dialectical theory of governance,the implementation of different therapy,in order to dynamic clinical research.Chinese medicine treatment group increased treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,namely before surgery 1 week after surgery and postoperative 36 hours began were given corresponding medicine decoction,and according to a certain method of oral,patients in the control group only routine treatment of Western medicine,not of Chinese medicine treatment,and then organize data,using statistical methods to analyze the clinical data were compared between the two groups.Results: 1.Postoperative anal exhaust time between the two groups of t=2.028,P=0.045(P < 0.05),the treatment group(4.103 + 0.831) days,the control group(4.414 + 0.817) days;postoperative hospitalization time between two groups of t=2.194,P=0.030(P < 0.05),the treatment group(11.224 + 2.464) days.The control group(12.362 + 3.088) days. 2.Postoperative complications occurred in 4 cases of comparison,treatment group,the incidence rate was 6.7%;14 cases occurred in the control group,the incidence rate was 24.1%.The treatment group only one complication accounted for 5.2%,and two different kinds of complications was 1.7%,3,4 and 0 for the control group;there is only one kind ofcomplications accounted for 24.1%,2,3,and 4 kinds of complications was 0. 3.Comparison of two groups of patients in improving TCM symptoms before and after treatment,treatment is superior to the control group,the total efficiency of treatment group was 91.38%,control group total effective rate was 75.86%,and the rank of Z=-2.713,P=0.014 < 0.05,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups. 4.Two patients in the treatment group were not found obvious side effects and the safety of drugs and treatment process were good.Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Sishen pill significantly involved in the clinical curative effect of the treatment of colorectal cancer in perioperative period,can help solve the clinical health condition of patients during the perioperative period,the treatment effect is better than pure western medicine application,can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and body after surgery and shorten the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time and,can prevent or reduce complications after surgery,there are certain advantages in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a good safety. 2.Application study in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer by Sishen pill flavored,reflects the traditional Chinese medicine in colorectal cancer perioperative advantages and clinical application value,worthy of further study...
