Objectives:(1)to establish a rapid, effective and easily evaluated subjective satisfaction rating scale for patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer;(2)to test the reliability and validity of the scale by qualitative and quantitative evaluation;(3)to evaluate the satisfaction degree of patients with different types of facial non-melanoma skin cancer by using the satisfaction assessment scale of the follow-up of patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer, and to understand the related factors affecting the postoperative satisfaction degree.Methods:(1)Refer to Ramsey Alsarraf ROE and FOE to establish the satisfaction assessment scale of the follow-up of patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer, after operation, and select 88 patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer to make a test of the satisfaction assessment scale of the follow-up of patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer.By means of calculating the internal consistency reliability of the rating scale of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient and split-half reliability, and by calculating the correlation coefficient between each item score and the total item score, the content validity of judgement according to the correlation degree, and taking advantage of the exploration of method of factor analysis, the structural validity of the rating scale was evaluated in this study.(2)Adopting the data collected before and after operation, the age,sex,follow-up time, lesion size, whether there is a cumulative classification of facial organs understands the influence factors of postoperative satisfaction degree.Conclusion:(1)the satisfaction assessment scale of the follow-up of patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer after operation is a rating scale that can accurately and quickly evaluate the self-satisfaction degree, quality of life, and social acceptance from the subjective perspectives of subjects.(2)This scale is suitable for patients with facial non-melanoma skin cancer after operation and has good reliability and validity, which is helpful to analyze the treatment methods and the relationship between different population and postoperative satisfaction degree.(3)The older the patient is,the smaller the lesion is,the longer the follow-up time is,if there is no facial organs involved,no skin grafts, but the use of adjacent flaps, there is higher satisfaction degree.
