Objective:by comparing the control group and the intervention group, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) before and after treatment score and anus chronic eczema symptoms, to observe the effect of psychological intervention on patients with chronic anal eczema treatment effect, to explore the psychological intervention on the clinical significance of enhancing the curative effect of chronic eczema of anus patients and improve the quality of life.Methods:clinical random sample of outpatient chronic perianal eczema patients with a total of166cases, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,83patients in control group patients, patients in the intervention group of83cases. The implementation of the routine treatment plus psychological intervention for one month intervention group, during group underwent routine treatment control. Comparison of two groups of patients before treatment, after the score, clinical efficacy, signs and symptoms improved.Results:(1) the control group and the intervention group before intervention contrast, showed no statistical difference in age, gender, disease duration (P>0.05), the scale and symptom scores also showed no significant difference (P>O.05), can be regarded as the two groups of patients with balance. Two groups of patients with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores were higher than domestic norm, suggesting the presence of anxiety, depression in patients with chronic eczema of anus.(2) the intervention group after intervention, there were significant differences in scale and symptom scores and the control group. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); suggest that psychological intervention can help improve the quality of life of patients with chronic eczema of anus and emotional state. The intervention group therapy in January after wetting, erythema, papules and small blisters, hypertrophy and lichenification, scaly symptoms compared with the control group, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Combined with the index score of intervention group were lower than the control group. Prompt intervention group in improving the symptoms and signs in patients with curative effect.Conclusion:Patients with chronic eczema of anus have anxiety, depression, long-term in such a state, resulting in poor quality of life, easy to affect the prognosis of the disease and prognosis. Psychological intervention can improve the anxiety, depression in patients with chronic anal eczema, enhance the curative effect of chronic anal eczema patients and improve the quality of life of patients. |
