Objective: to explore the rule of drug use by Professor Guo Junjie in the treatment of diabetes kidney disease(DKD)by using data mining technology on the basis of clinical learning and subjective understanding.Methods:1.Basing on clinical learning,collect a large number of patients with DKD outpatient and inpatient medical records,and analyze them,summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of DKD.2.92 effective cases of DKD treated by Professor Guo Junjie were collected and selected,and 290 prescriptions were input into the "Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance system".Using the modern data mining methods,such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis to explore the rule of clinical use of Professor Guo Junjie in the treatment of DKD.Outcome:1.The basic pathogenesis of DKD based on root deficiency and branch excess,root deficiency presents with spleen-kidney insufficiency,branch excess with dampness-heat and blood stasis.It establishes the treatment principle of invigorating spleen,strengthening kidney,removing dampness and blood stasis.The basic experience prescription contains astmgali radix,poria cocos,largehead atractylodes rhizome,glossy privet fruit,paeoniae radix alba,radix achyranthis bidentatae,fructus rosae laevigatae,euryale ferox,tree peony bark,salvia miltiorrhizae,chrysanthemum,citrus reticulata blanco.2.The results of prescription analysis showed are as below:(1)Glossy privet fruit,paeoniae radix alba,tree peony bark,chrysanthemum,euryale ferox,citrus reticulata blanco,largehead atractylodes rhizome,poria cocos,radix achyranthis bidentatae,salvia miltiorrhizae,figwort root,fructus rosae laevigatae,astmgali radix,taraxaci herba are theChinese medicines which being used by more than 80 times.(2)The percentum of four properties of herbs from high to low is as below: cold(38.21%),warm(26.80%),clam(23.89%),cool(10.96%),heat(0.14%).(3)The percentum of five tastes of herbs from high to low is as below:bitter(34.01%),sweet(31.95%),pungent-spicy(14.91%),sour(9.74%),astrigent(6.06%),salty(3.32%);(4)The top 5 of herbs' s channel tropism from high to low are as belows:liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart;(5)To obtain 120 groups of drug combinations which have been used by more than 50 times,and 43 association rules which confidence are more than 0.8;(6)Basing on unsupervised hierarchical clustering,18 core combination of 3~4 drugs were evolved,and further clustering to obtain 9 new prescriptions.Conclusion: Professor Guo Junjie has accumulated rich clinical experience in treating diabetes kidney disease with TCM differentiation for more than 30 years.In the experience of personal subjective perception,we have established the basic pathogenesis of this disease,which is based on root deficiency presents with spleen-kidney insufficiency,branch excess with dampness and blood stasis,then we got a basic experience prescription.On the basis of this,a modern data mining analysis is carried out on the prescription of tutor's treatment of this disease.On the one hand,the results of the analysis complement and perfect the basic test prescription.On the other hand,the new prescription obtained by cluster analysis also provides the basis for the clinical syndrome change.
