Objectives Based on 60 cases of damp heat syndrome type level of clinical research ?in patients with diabetic foot disease observation Modified simiao Powder spread of the disease clinical efficacy.Methods Will conform to the diagnostic standard of 60 patients with diabetic foot disease damp heat syndrome,were randomly divided into normal group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),and the gender,age,course of the disease,smoking,drinking,whether with high blood pressure or high cholesterol and main symptoms for statistical analysis,P > 0.05,no statistical differences in the two groups after conducting clinical trials.The routine group was given general treatment combined with alprostadil injection at static point.The observation group was treated with oral administration of Modified simiao powder on the conventional treatment.Observation after a period of treatment(28 days),main symptoms before and after the treatment of patients with total score,area of ulcer healing degree,fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and security,statistical analysis,P < 0.05,with statistical differences.Results 1 There were 9 patients in the treatment group,19 of them were effective,2 of them were invalid,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,there were 2 patients,23 patients with effective patients and 5 patients with invalid patients.The total effective rate was 83.33%.2 Both the observation group and the conventional group could alleviate the clinical symptoms of diabetic foot,but the observation group was superior to the conventional group.3 Both the observation group and the conventional group could promote the healing of ulcer wound,but the observation group was superior to the conventional group.4 Both the observation group and the conventional group were effective in controlling fasting blood glucose.5 There was no influence to blood routine,liver function and kidney function in the observation group.Conclusions 1 The main symptoms of hygrothermal syndrome diabetic foot disease can be effectively relieved by Modified Simiao Powder.2 Modified Simiao Powder can promote healing of ulcer wound.3 Modified Simiao Powder has no effect on blood routine,liver function and kidney function.
