1.Objective1.1 To investigate the status of anxiety,depression and fatigue in patients with cervical cancer.1.2 To explore the impactors of anxiety,depression and fatigue in patients with cervical cancer.1.3 To explore the measures of anxiety,depression and fatigue in patients with cervical cancer.2.Method Objects: From December 2016 to August 2017,a total of 143 cervical cancer patients were selected in a third grade a tumor hospital in Guangzhou.In order to investigate the status of anxiety,depression and fatigue status in patients with cervical cancer and its influencing factors,the questionnaire survey was conducted.Using convenient method,143 cervical cancer patients were investigated according to the inclusive criteria.Survey tools: general information questionnaire,hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),Chinese simplified fatigue scale(BFI-C).Applying the SPSS 19.0 statistical package for analyzing,processing data,a rang of statistical methods such as t-test,analysis of variance,univariate analysis,stepwise multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the status of anxiety,depression and fatigue of cervical cancer patients and its influencing factors.3.Research results3.1 In this study,143 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 95%.The age of the patients was 18 to 61 years old,with an average age of(45.24±10.05).The education level was mainly in middle school and below,accounting for 64.30%;the number of unemployed or retried patients accounted for 25.90%.Marital status was mainly married,accounting for 90.90%;the number of patients having children was 84.60%;early cancer patients accounted for 68.50%;the number of patients receiving chemotherapy was 56.60%.In this study,the incidence of anxiety was 44.10%,the incidence of depression was 39.16%,and the incidence of fatigue was 83.22%.The average score of anxiety was(7.33±4.59),the average score of depression was(6.40±4.93),the average score of fatigue was(3.40±2.75),and the impact of fatigue on quality of life was(2.14 ±2.46).3.2 Univariate analysis showed that incidence of anxiety symptoms among different marital status,availability of children,different stages of cancer,and different treatment methods had significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Incidence of depression symptoms among different stages of cancer and different treatment methods had significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Incidence of fatigue symptoms among different marital status,different treatment methods had significant statistical differences(P<0.05).3.3 The results of stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed: in the middle and late stage of cervical cancer,unmarried or other were risk factors for anxiety in patients with cervical cancer.In the middle and late stage of cervical cancer,unemployed or retired,unmarried or other were risk factors for depression in patients with cervical cancer.Chemotherapy,unmarried or other were risk factors for fatigue in patients with cervical cancer.4.Conclusions4.1 The incidence of anxiety,depression and fatigue was high in patients with cervical cancer.Anxiety and depression were both mild and moderate.The degree of fatigue was moderate.4.2 Prime factors affecting the anxiety,depression and fatigue of cervical cancer patients were: cancer staging,marital status,employment status and treatment mode.In the middle and late stage of cervical cancer,unmarried or other were risk factors for anxiety in patients with cervical cancer.In the middle and late stage of cervical cancer,unemployed or retired,unmarried or other were risk factors for depression in patients with cervical cancer.Chemotherapy,unmarried or other were risk factors for fatigue in patients with cervical cancer.It is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to the psychological changes of patients with cervical cancer.During the treatment,patients should be targeted to individualized health education to reduce the occurrence of negative emotions such as anxiety,depression and fatigue.
