In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship as a social hot issues of concern.Most scholars believe that poor communication is the main cause of tension between doctors and patients,improve doctor-patient communication skills are key to promoting the smooth development of medical activities.However,for a long time,medical education in China has focused on cultivating medical students' clinical skills and operating techniques.It has not paid enough attention to the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,coupled with the lack of a corresponding evaluation system for training indicators,resulting in lagging training levels.insufficient.In this context,this study combined with practical problems faced by our doctor-patient communication,based on the study of literature,the status of China's current doctor-patient relationship in-depth analysis of the root causes of its generated from clinical medicine undergraduate Medical patient communication ability to explore the culture and thinking point of view,put forward prevention,sooner,cultured from clinical medicine undergraduate level to improve doctor-patient communication skills quality of doctor-patient communication and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.At present,academic research in this field is still in a blank state,and research has certain forward-looking nature.The research process used literature analysis,questionnaires,etc.to assess the communication ability of 420 undergraduate students in clinical practice.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo and needs of 241 undergraduates majoring in communication skills.Methods for statistical analysis.On this basis,two rounds of training evaluation system of expert advice on clinical undergraduate communication skills.This study was constructed by the five-level indicators,15 secondary indicators,training evaluation index system of clinical medicine undergraduate doctor-patient communication skills 53 consisting of three indicators.The index system has in some current areas of research in innovative and forward-looking,help proofread medical school undergraduate clinical medicine doctor-patient communication skills systematic,standardized training,improving training quality through build in line with the times and development of new doctor-patient relationship.
